I liked it but......... The customer service was very rude and wasnt very smart with their menu. My friend put a dollar in the vending machine and it didnt work. She went to the register to a woman and told her it jacked her money. The woman then said "oh thats too bad" and didnt give her any money back. Then I went to get some food I said I just wanted chicken tenders. The woman kept getting the order wrong telling me "I wanted a regular". I told her no I dont want that I want a kids menu one. She kept arguing. Finally she got my order right. It took over 30 minutes for two chicken tenders. I personally didnt like their attitudes. Thankyou.

Came here to bowl and found out we had to wait about an hour for a lane to open, which wasnt a big deal because we saw they had arcade games and pool tables to play on. 90% of the games werent working and if they didnt have an out of order sign, they robbed my kids of the quarters they put in. There wasnt any staff available to help in the game area. To play pool, they charge 12.99 per hour, which isnt too bad, but every single pool stick was warped and/or had no tip! They shouldnt be charging to play pool when their equipment is sub standard. We wont be back.

This bowling alley has so much more potential to be a real asset to the community. Its not in a residential area, so it cant exactly clean up on a high school crowd or week night family evening out, but if it ever decided to fix itself up and serve some great fun-food, it could totally take advantage of all the county employees and local business owners who would totally be down for an extra long lunch break, or even a "bowling happy hour after work." Maybe even offer a tempting late-night/midnight bowl alternative to Raves at the Orange Show.

Arrived here at 9:30pm on Saturday to bowl for 2 hours (10:00pm-12am) and the "lead" here has terrible customer service. Its 10:40pm and over 20 empty lanes.. We were told that we will have a lane at 11:00pm or later. Why have people sitting around for an hour when we arrived 30 minutes early!!

My boyfriend and i decided to try this place for date night horrible idea this place did not have good customer service what so ever . We ordered food and waited 30-45 min .we went to find out our order had never been placed . The manager of this place was very rude never going there again

This review is for their NYE celebration only: their buffet was completely unprepared for the amount of people there; food was gone the instant it was put out and took very long to get replenished. For $40, it was fun, but "unlimited buffet" was such a disappointment.

Great place to go with family or friends. Came here on a Saturday night and was told the wait would be 60-90 min, but it ended up being 30, which was great considering Empire bowl was slammed. Staff was friendly and the fries were amazing!

Horrible, the scoreboard couldnt keep track, food and beer service was slow even almost non-existent. Took more then an hour to get our beer, then they tell us they ran out of the beer that we were trying to buy. Not coming back again.

They told us the price it would be for SIX games. Then after we payed for it we played TWO games and they said since we have 3 people that counts as our six games. What? Very unhappy with the customer service and the "manager".

Not enough drinking glasses and the pitches have cracks in them and they r so slow on getting food out too and they only have one good waitress in there I never had such bad experience

Its a fun place to go with your family and have fun. But one thing is to bring your own bowling shoes because it was just three of us and it cost 12$ just for the shoes.

On here it says its open till 12.... they close at 11... not cool n when i asked attendent she says on the door it says they close at 11.... unhappy customer
