Overall my experience was rated a 2 out of 5 stars. My family purchased four $24 wristbands, three person set for mini golf and $60 on tokens with no discounts. For the amount we paid I feel the customer service and over priced concession snack bar could have been better. The younger two women on the snack area should be prepped better for customer service and not try to give someone a drink that the syrup needed to be replaced on purpose. Not cool. The drinks are almost $3 for a medium drink. A regular hotdog is a quarter shy of $5. Rediculous. They fixed it I just didnt appreciate the mixed girl telling the caucasian behind the bar to give it to us anyways and shrugged her shoulders. However, I was pleased with the amusement ride crew. I was especially thankful for the member named Marshad. He gave excellent customer service, was very pleasant, also very informative on the safety measures needed per ride. If it wasnt for him Scandia would have gotten one star. Management/office team should do a customer service meeting focusing on improving and reward Marshad for doing a wonderful job. Also they need to update the tickets redemption area. You will be upset with the limited choices available. Pinata fillers and goodie bag toys is what is available. Step it up Scandia you guys got new rides and inside is dwindling away. Customer service is a big deal if that is the industry your in.

Good enough place for fun but the staffs attitude are so cruel and unfriendly. Jackie was the only one that ever put a smile and spoke more than two words to us the rest seemed like they got some stick up their arse and we were their first customer that morning. They were grumpy in the morning and i wonder how they were later in the evening. We found out later when we got home that our 8 year old kid got yelled at when his go-kart died on its own. Mine shut down too at the same time and we were all stuck in the sun waiting for him to reactivate each kart so we can park it. Sadly i wasnt close enough to hear him yelling or Id bite his ear off. On top of that, same dude came to set us the roller coaster. We were wondering The whole time what we did wrong. He didnt even check The kids belts. We took one round and asks to get off. Our belts werent tight enough. We didnt know better to really tighten it since it was our first time. The amount of money we spent that day for just less than hour is far more than what we make a day. Saddest part is, we drove by each day and wish we could save up enough to visit this place as a family. The only time we went to celebrate as a family and then we ended up sitting here regretting that we ever went there. Well i wish i had read the reviews first coz some staff are bitter to just be around in an area that should be friendly for kids.

I took my family to go miniature golfing on a Tuesday morning, and found the staff to be really attentive and the whole experience lots of fun. The friendly cashier put up with all sorts of annoying questions from us, and got us set up with wrist bands and golf clubs. The courses werent totally exciting as miniature golf goes, but the whole place was very well taken care of. We did 30+ holes before my youngest son hurt himself. I headed back to the car to get a bandaid, but thought Id stop by the cashier window to ask. The attendant disappear for a moment and returned instantly with both a bandaid and a alcohol wipe. We retired to the arcade at this point. The arcade is fairly small, but all the machines but one was working (which is way above the norm). My youngest did the wack-a-gator game, and then moved on. Several minutes later a staff member appeared to give us a coupon for tickets based on his score – she actually got the coupon and tracked us down in the arcade. And when the started up the cotton candy machine, they gave us 2 free bunches just to warm up the machine. The whole place was in great shape. Having been in LOTS of arcades and whatnot, we found this one really comfortable and clean, and I still can’t get over how helpful the staff was. (Almost eerie, actually.)

Went here for a date night. I saw two employees the entire time there, one in uniform and the other a security guard. I paid for my "unlimited" mini-golf and after I paid, had to wait 5 minutes at a different window to get my clubs and balls. I actually had to get the girls attention and she forgot. More like she didnt care. The service level did not even meet expectations. After the first game, I went to get another set of balls since the last hole takes the ball, but I was told I had to pay for another ball if I wanted it and that I shouldnt have done the last hole. So much for unlimited. Many of the games were out of order and aged. The staff didnt smile and didnt inquire about how it was. I thought this was supposed to be a fun center. I probably wont be back. Sunsplash (another local place very similar) wasnt much better but at least people smiled and had more staff on hand. I dont think management wants return guests.

Awful service. Especially on the Stockholm Racetrack. One driver turned my car a little bit and there was no way I could turn around and drive out. After me there was a huge line crashing because my turned car. I yelled and waved to the employee and pleaded to turn out cars around so we could continue on with driving, but he just waved and smiled back. Before employees used to come and help out. But this time no one came until the time for the race was over. I just made one lap and payed 25 dollars!!! This happened June 3, 2017 at 4:15-4:20. Service is terrible. Please consider. Also, the cars are very slow.

Im sure my kids enjoyed themselves, but the place is staffed with very very young people and they are not capable of giving good customer service. They are not trained to answer questions so you can make good purchase choices. Yet they are quick to say what the parks policies are after they screw something up. Its fine for a quick pass through but I would not recommend spending any real money there. You will feel robbed I assure you.

The miniature golf was good. Some parts were a little worn. We went on a spring like day (warm but breezy). The big problem was THAT NONE OF THE WAT6R FOUNTAINS WORKED, and the employees all knew it. At the refreshment counter they had "small & large water" for sale. I asked for 4 waters, she put them on the counter, I said "thank you" and left. I was not paying for them. Seems to me this is a health code violation.

. my overall experince was awful ! $10 at the snack bar for some cheap ass nachos with no chili.(chips in a bag and a plastic cup of cheese) not even no add ons , and the corn dog was $3 , was heated up in a microwave for like 30 sec and was very hard ! Some of the games in the arcade ate my coins and didnt even start up! Bring your own snacks in your car or eat at IN-n-OUT accross the street. Mini golf was alright.
