** Business Traveler review ** I started staying at this location in Oct 15 and just checked out for the last time on March 17th 2016. I stay each week Monday through Thursday. Total combined days somewhere around 80. I am a Hilton diamond member. No complaints with front staff or housekeeping both performed very well. With diamond status you receive access to the massive private health club attached to the hotel and free breakfast. Without diamond status I believe the breakfast is 18 dollars and I am not sure of cost to access the health club. I would not recommend paying 18 dollars for the breakfast buffet. Although very good it is overpriced at 18 dollar plus tip. No complaints for the health club one of the best I have ever used over the years. Now the reason for the 1 star rating. On two occasions management at the hotel has perform blunders beyond comprehension. The first was when I left a very expensive specialized hearing aid Bluetooth in my room. It was plugged into the night stand to the left of the bed charging. This was told to the front desk personal and I was told I could get it the next week upon check in. Arriving the next week I requested the Bluetooth and was told it was not found and no record of it being found was present. Opened and investigation into why it was not secured per my request. After being told all week it was not recovered I ordered another one and kept my eyes open to local craigslist listings to see if it turned up on the site. Upon bringing it up to management (different manager) a couple of weeks later I was told to hold on a moment and he returned with my Bluetooth and charger. No tracking or communication plan exists at this hotel and management is failing in this area. Wish this was the end of my issues at this hotel. I again left something in my room (yes I am an idiot on leaving stuff) this time I left my company laptop and kindle LOCKED in my room safe upon checkout. I realized this about 4 hours after checkout at the airport security line. I called the hotel and left very specific instructions on my room number as well as the combination to the safe. I was assured a manager would secure the items and I could get them on Monday of next week. I called back the next day (Friday) and wanted to get a confirmation that these items were secured was told I could leave a message and a manager would call me back. No manager called me so I called back the same day later in the day and demanded to know if it was secured. I was told a very similar story that housekeeping does not have a record of the items being recovered and the only person that can confirm they had the items was not working that day (Angel). I was again told a manager would call me back that day. Did not happen so I called Saturday and was transferred to housekeeping. I was told no record exists of the missing items. I demanded to know if someone physically when in my room and checked the safe. I was told the manager did and the safe was open and empty. Sunday I called back again requesting a manager confirm that is the case and open an investigation. I would be asking upon check in the next day the results of his findings. Upon check in I was told by the manager (Mitch) that the items were not located and that he physically checked the safe in the room himself and it was open and empty. I told him I had to open a police report and that this was not acceptable. The next day I requested to speak to the same manager and he presented me with a report that showed I opened the safe the second night of my stay and there was no record of it every being opened again. I was told the safe in that room was open and empty. I called the police and opened a report. By the end of the same week I was called by the police department and told that the hotel had found my laptop and kindle. This entire time Mitch left me feeling like I was lying about the stolen items. It turns out Mitch actually went to my room again (week later) and found the safe locked and my items within the safe.

Let the low price be your warning, it comes with a price. I stayed in this motel for several weeks and it seems that their low price is a draw for weddings and other types of drunken parties that go well into the morning. Dont call the front desk to have security try to do anything about noise, the security does not seem to have any enforcement capability or use any proactive measures. This location seems more concerned with being the place to party rather than representing the quality that the Hilton name is supposed to stand for. If you are looking for amenities you will not find much for free here, it seems everything has an extra change, there are no microwaves, refrigerators, not a single washer and dryer in the building, internet is not free, the business center is a desk right at the front desk (no privacy) , as a Hilton Honors Gold member you only get their scaled down continental breakfast rather than the regular breakfast, but if you are thirsty they do provide $5 bottles of water in your room. If you are looking for a location close to the freeway you could not get any closer, depending on you location in the motel you either have a up close and personal view of 580 or 680. Open the window for air and you room will fill with the sounds of the interstate. The bottom line is that this location is not ideal for families or those traveling on business that are looking for a quiet place to lay their head. Customer satisfaction and return business do not seem to be part of the business plan so spend a few extra dollars and get your moneys worth and piece of mind somewhere else.

I am currently in this hotel for an 8 day stay, teaching a workshop. I travel extensively, and am familiar with the services and amenities commonly available in hotels. My experience here isnt good. My clients have been charged fees for rooms and set ups that are way out of line with other hotels, and, so far, those set ups have been problematic. Additionally, this hotel is situated beyond walking distance of anything at all. Both times Ive tried to use the hotel van transportation have not been successful. The first time, the van was unavailable and wouldnt be back for over an hour. The second time, when I asked to have an OTC cold remedy picked up at Walgreens, 2.6 miles away, I was told that wouldnt be possible. I got different reasons for that depending upon whom I was speaking with. At no time did anyone try to help solve my problem, and the supervisor on duty was rather curt about it all. Additionally, the restaurant is under construction, the dinner eating area is in a small lobby, and the menu is limited. However, it will say breakfast is pretty good. Get the bacon.
