For a family-run establishment, we were absolutely SHOCKED when we needed to reschedule our reservation due to a death in the family and were informed that they would apply 50% of our deposit to a future date IF they re-rented the rooms during our original date. Given that we gave them over a months notice and the fact that it was due to a death in the family, we were pretty disgusted by the offer.

A lovely apple farm next to the Hendy Woods state park. They sell apples and other products made from apples like juice, hard cider and syrup. A great place to stop after visiting the redwood groves.

Beautiful location, my sons class stopped, to have lunch, while passing through. We didnt stay long enough to take it all in. I would definitely be interested in this place in the future.

We did not stay, but enjoyed the surprise visit. Beautiful setup and felt very welcome. We enjoyed the hard apple cider and particularly the Apple Cider Syrup.
