This is LAs one and so far only distillery. Greenbar Collective is the purveyor of multi-type spirits and liqueurs- all of which are made with organic products (some locally grown). Their line includes: -TRU: Gin, Vodka -IXA: Tequila -CRUSOE: Rum -FRUITLAB: Various Liqueurs On the day of my visit to the distillery, I was part of the first of many Friday distillery tours. On this occasion we were greeted with a specialty drink - the Honey Bear made with their recently launched white whiskey. After a brief history of the GC - the co-owner gave us a tour of the distillery. The tour was very informative.

Loved my tasting with Bennett, great mixologist. Tasted the Hibiscus cocktail, lovely and refreshing as well. My favorite is the lemon so of course now I have to take a mixology class and make my own at home. I do love making drinks, but buying the right ingredients and tools make a huge difference and all organic as well. The staff is lovely and truly excited to have discovered them.

If youve ever wanted to tour a distillery this is the place to go. Its very educational and fun. I actually learned a lot. The tasting room is nicely setup and the staff is great. Lastly, organic alcohol is awesome. The taste is so much better than artificially flavored drinks.

Did a coffee cocktail class here on Saturday afternoon. Lots of fun and I highly recommend. The teachers / bartenders let you explore your own creations while offering assistance. Plenty of street parking.

Some of the best tasting spirits Ive had. Have done a tasting there, as well as the gin crafting class which me and my husband both enjoyed very much.
