The Boomers! entertainment center in Livermore offers visitors a wide variety of attractions - from go-karts and mini golf to arcade games and laser tag. It's a popular place for kids' birthday party.
Overall, the reviews of this place are positive, although there are some dissatisfied visitors. Many praise the outdoor attractions such as go-karts and mini golf in Livermore. It is noted that the go-kart track is small but overall exciting. There are two fields for miniature golf Livermore, which is good variety, although some complain about the dilapidation of individual holes.
The arcade games receive mixed reviews. Some like the variety of new and classic machines, while others feel that most games are outdated. Popular games include Fruit Ninja, Let's Make a Deal, Jurassic Park. The high cost of games in points is noted.
The laser tag receives a lot of complaints - uncomfortable "scanners" instead of guns and poor graphics. Also criticized are the duration of the game just a few seconds and the rapid loss of points.
As for food and drinks, pizza and funnel cake receive low value for money scores. There are reviews about broken vending machines. The presence of the Jamba Juice cafe is positively noted.
The atmosphere and service also cause complaints from some visitors. Complaints about a large number of unsupervised children, inattentive staff, long wait times for orders. Separately, employees operating the go karts are criticized for insufficient safety control.
Visitors who came to children's birthday parties were not entirely satisfied. They note the cramped quarters and lack of seating, poor organization, difficulties navigating where each group should join.
Overall, Boomers! Livermore is rated as an average place for family recreation. There are positive reviews from parents with children who purchased season pass, as this is beneficial with frequent visits to 2400 Kitty Hawk Rd, Livermore, CA 94551. However, many feel the prices are inflated, the atmosphere is too noisy due to the large number of children, and the service is inattentive.

I visited Boomers for a birthday party. It was a standard kids birthday party with pizza and game tokens, and a single go kart ride. The birthday party area was small and cramped. There were multiple parties happening at the same time with no signage to indicate whos party was at what tables. My daughter and her friend almost joined another party because they couldnt see that there were different areas. There didnt seem to be enough seating for everyone in the party I was with and all the parents had to stand on the outskirts; consequently we were in the way of the staff trying to serve all the kids. We couldnt hear the staff when they gave instruction about the go kart experience. Ive been to Boomers as a regular guest and had an OK experience. Theres nothing spectacular about this place; just a step above Chuck E. Cheese. A kids version of Dave and Busters, my husband described it. I will not book a birthday party with them and hesitate to go back for a birthday party if were invited.

I paid $10 per race for my son. He went 5 laps before the race was done. Other people went 8 even 10 laps per race. When I complained I was told 5 minutes thats it. I noticed that off the clock employees raced as they did not stand in line with everyone else. They cut every paying customers off and went to the front of the line. Then THEY drove recklessly causing accidents. The race was stopped, time went by everybody paid for these few people. I will NEVER return there and I suggest very strongly for anyone NOT to support a business where they take your money but deny the chance to have fun.

If you come here on a weekday/night you might have the place to yourself, which is nice because there is only one air hockey table!! Id say this place is about 50/50 old, sticky games and new, flashy games (Fruit Ninja, Lets Make a Deal, Jurassic Park). The newer, bigger ones cost a lot of points, and some of them I cant figure out why (25 points to drop one ball?). Down the Clown and Skeeball will always be my favorites, and theyre cheap classics.

It is pretty run down and could use a serious makeover. It almost looks post apocalyptic. The crowd was very hostile and we witnessed people doing drugs in the parking lot and even a case of domestic violence against a young woman while her child was in the car. We definitely didnt feel safe or comfortable there and we understood why they had a need to hire security guards. We dont have kids but if we did I wouldnt bring them there.

Boomers is the worst place Ive been to. The service is extremely slow and lazy. I waited 10 minutes for water. All of the vending machines are broken. The inside of it is like chuckey cheese. The rides are rusted. The only thing that is fun here is is the go karts. When I looked down at one of the go karts there was 2/4 screws missing. I will never come back here again not even if someone where to pay me

Fun place but expensive! I ended up just buying a season pass for $99 each bc it ends up being cheaper if we go more than once a year. 5 minute go-karts racing is my favorite. Middle school child loves the bumper boats and laser tag the best. Lines are typically really long. There are a TON of kids running around, unsupervised and ill-mannered. If you can get over that, youll be OK.

The games cost too much in points so youd have to buy a lot of play points for the arcade. I cant see paying $50 for a 4 hour pass for go karts, bumper boats, mini golf and laser tag even if they have a deal. After about noon its overcrowded and there are too many kids just running around unsupervised. It looks more like a drop off for unruly tweens than family fun.

Two courses for mini-golf! Long line on a Saturday afternoon to get the clubs, and if I remember correctly, in the 1980s, a host would stand guard at the entrance of the golf course to make sure people didnt start right on the heels of the preceding people, and that there had been small tables at the end of each hole to write the scores. Great nostalgia!

I love the experience at Livermore boomers. I only have one complaint, when sometimes I go to the go-karts the people sometimes treat me bad. But otherwise its perfect. I have a season pass and I go all the time. Some advice, if you are going to buy a season pass buy it from online, its cheaper. Welp thats all Im really going to say, but yeah I love it.

Every thing is boring except the go karts. The service is descent, when your on the go karts its very hard NOT to bump each other and when you do the workers start giving you warnings and start to take the fun out of it. Over all the price was all right 40$ for 4 hours (unlimited rides) but the only fun thing to do was ride go karts.

Great place overall! When I went here for a b-day party we werent able to play in the arcade area, but the mini golf place was fun and really cool! The mini landmarks were so awesome, and the water boat thing was especially a highlight, although I got a bit wet! Overall, a great place, and I might have a b-day party here!

The laser tag was okay but was pretty lame. Instead of guns, they had these stupid scanner thingies that looked kind of weird. Also, the games had bad graphics and the screens turned black and went out sometimes.Though the games were fun, they only lasted a few seconds and took your points.

This was a nice spot for both mini golf and go-cart racing (although the track was small). The only complaint I have is that most of the holes were all the same with each one having just a difference in slopes, etc. Other than that, the location was beautiful and it had a nice arcade.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 Bad pizza and funnel cake $40... We literally played 12 games for $35 at the arcade in less than 10 min. We could have played nonstop for 2 hours at chuck e cheeses for that amt. Will never go back. It was completely dead and we now know why.

Same ol boomers I remember growing up. Mini golf courses are a little worse for wear, but still playable. Go carts are entertaining, but not as fast as k1 speed or umigo. Arcade is large with a large selection of games.

They need to pay more attention to the violent go cart drivers who break the rules of drag racing and bumping other cars on purpose but other than that, this is a great way for kids and adults to let loose!!!

Great place for some family fun. Mini golf was great, the go-karts were ok, and the arcade selection is pretty decent. They also have a Jamba Juice inside which is nice during the hot summer days.
