I DONT KNOW HOW THE MANAGERS THINK THAT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO THE PUBLIC CANT BE OF A BETTER EXPRIENCE OR MUCH BETTER QUALITY THE ONE STUPID THING THEY DO IS TO LET THE LINES TO BUY DRINKS OR OTHER THINGS GET TOOOOOOO LONG IN WAITING TIME AND ONLY TO HAVE TWO PERSONS AT THE SERVICE COUNTER TO TAKE YOUR ORDERS I MUST BE MINIMUN OF 1 HOUR EARLY TO GO BUY ANYTHING AND IN FEW TIMES I HAVE REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN IN TIME TO SEE THE START MOVIE BECAUSE OF THIER MANAGERS STUPID WAY OF TRYING TO SAVE SOME MONEY SO THEIR BONUS CHECKS GET LARGER BY CHRISTMAS TIME
Yes customer service is bad. No smiles. But I paid for a movie that should have started at 1pm and its been 20 minutes and the screen has been black with nothing since 1pm. Where is the guy that starts the movie? There is not shortage of staff at the food counter. I called someone to come and start the movie but Im still sitting here with nothing to watch. I dont mind no smile because I came for a movie not for the staff to perform but they cant event turn on the movie. I paid $18 for IMAX and a $5 coke. Come on Regal! I want to like you instead of AMC but wtf!
I live in south gate and like to help our local businesses, theres other theaters within minutes from me with much better service, but I choose coming here. However, this place needs to up their speed.. I waited in line for 35 min.. my movie started and I was still in line, Seems as if the cashiers take their sweet time on purpose.. Management should bring to their attention that people want to see their movie from beginning to end.. please train your staff properly, and bring in more employees on the busy days..
Nice arquitecture, nice people at the candy store. But other thank that....... Place was dirty, Smell Bad, Seats are unconfortable, Felt insect bites on arms, back and legs. Major technical difficulties. (never ever happend that to me before) Bathrooms not as clean as they could be, Popcorn wasnt as good as other teathers Carpet is worn and almost ripped at some spots. Good thing was the place was not too crowded. Locación is good for after movie take a walk on the shopping center.
Lone lines at the concession stand 45-1hr & they never do anything to fix!!! Old Cinnabon Bite is what I got after being in line 40min, employees dont care & they always take their sweet time. & when I complain to a manager name "Edward Torres" about the line all he says "I dont know"Im done with this place, the only reason I come is because its so close to my house. Im just gonna start going to AMC or KOKORIAIN they dont have lone wait on concession stand. I give it ZEROOOO STARS!!!
my family and i always attend this movie theater,, although i do agree with some of the other comments about the long lines at the concession stands... I believe something needs to be fixed in regards to this issue.... maybe hiring more people,, i know some managers dont want to pay their employees and i think its not fair,,,,, managers or the owner of the theater should always think about their customers first instead of thinking about money!!
Dirty, dirty, dirty. My 6yr old kept wanting to change seats because it was so dirty. They dont seem to care about their facility anymore. It felt disgusting sitting there. I know some of us viewers create the mess by not taking out our own trash but how can you make them clean up after themselves. That is why you have a clean up crew. I worked at a theater once so I know. But they need to Lysol the arm and head rest too or something.
Management is always changing here. Currently they kick you out after watching a newly released movie. There are other locations that allow you to watch other ones atleast they do not have you leave. Its better business to allow people to stay, dont you think we get hungry and pay outrageous prices for your food? I usually get food after 1st movie but if you make me leave guess I will go to Sams Club for some inexpensive food. .
UNSANITARY WORK PRACTICES!!! One of the concession stand attendants kept on wiping his nose, scratching his neck all while serving popcorn and other fast foods. I brought it to the nearest managers attention, didnt seem like there were any consequences because the manager said he was going to tell another manager to take care of it. Outrageous! Hopefully no one becomes sick and I for one, will not be returning to this place.
great place but have zero care about people with disabilities my girlfriend is blind so I ask for Audio Description Services every time and every single time they dont work either its just the movie audio or it isnt programmed right or it just doesnt work its really disappointing but they do give me vouchers to come back again for free but how good is that if I cant enjoy it with my special someone?

IT S OK. A VARIETY OF THEATHERS TO PROVIDE YOU THE MOST RECEBT BLOCKBUSTER MOVIES. BUT ONE THING I DISLIKE IS THE CHILDREN ROAMING AROUND OR SPEAKING OUT LOUD. THE STAFF TRIES TO CONTROL THE AUDIENCE BUT IS TOO MUCH TO HANDEL BECAUSE OF THE THEATER SIZE. I CAN EASILY SAY MOTHER WITH 7 KIDS LEAVE U KIDS WITH THE BABYSITTER BUT WILL IT HAPPEN? NO. SO I MOVE ON TO THE NEXT MOVIE THEATER
Great theather. Great seats comfortable with soda holders. Has an arcade for kids and some games for adults. Edwards is clean great atmoshphere. Snack shop has a lot of variety. Recommend for people trying to have a nice comfortable seats to watch a movie. It has a parking lot structure for free. Edwards also has around a plaza to walk around eat, curacao, gnc store, and restaurants.
This place is pretty good good staff you know, I used to bring my many lovers here every place in this theater i have busted a nut. I truly am infatuated with the employees, i stare at them they never stare back why wont you stare back will you not accept my love. Ive been to this theater and its decent place at decent price but Im having trouble trying to contact them about a situation I have... They dont seem to have a direct phone number.. so good luck trying to see if they have any thing you actually want ahead of time... The phone number thats listed is just a hotline for basic movie information but I need a live representative
Ive continually had disappointed experiences at this theater. From movies unexpectedly stopped playing, not starting at the scheduled start time and the sound just dieing off. Ive attempted to give this facility a second and third chance only to be repeatedly let down. NOT a fan!!! Go to the Cinemark, better experience. A little pricier but well worth the cost.
There is very good parking here. Love Sunday night specials. Popcorn is good. Sound quality and picture quality is excellent. Seating is also good as well. Recommend you show up at least 20 minutes prior to your show. Gives you time to get food and snacks before the show. Get your ticket from the kiosk located at the side of the ticket agents window.
