If I could give this company 0 stars i would . They have ruined my birthday. My fiance tried to send flowers to me. Their driver did not ring a door bell or knock. I called them they refused to redeliver them yesterday night. They claimed they would deliver them today at 10am. I gave them a phone number to reach me at it is now 11am and still no delivery. I call them the owner is screaming and yelling at me saying its my fault that i rejected them. I told her no one came i have been sitting here . She then changed her story and claimed that someone else rejected again i told her i was the one waiting for the order. She then tried to change the story to claim it was my fiance fault for giving a wrong number he didnt. Then it was the online companies fault and they rejected the order late last night for a wrong number well why would that be the case when i personally called with my number. They will not claim responsibility for their drivers original mistake or their mistake today. Thanks to them I had a ruined birthday 2 days in a row that left me in tears and no flowers. I highly suggest people staying AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE from this company. ( I have never felt so disrespected by a company as this company)

BEWARE... Sherwood Florist is AWFUL!!! They must be under new management because our family has used this florist for years. We have had problems with the last three orders! AND.. the very last order to my Grandma for her birthday was never even delivered! Seriously... Who does that! UNBELIEVABLE! They didnt even call to let me know they would not be delivering it. SUCH BAD SERVICE... WE TRUSTED YOU! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

Ive been purchasing flowers from this shop for over a decade and must counter the negative comments. Take a close look and youll find arrangements with a creative, modern, natural edge. They remind me of my favorite shop in NYC. The staff are low-key, but very willing to either provide advice or produce exactly what you request. Lets not slander a wonderful local gem! I dont know where I would go if they ever left!

Maybe it all depends on who is in the shop, but I cant say that I had a good experience here. In fact, it was probably the worst consumer experience in my life! The employees I dealt with at this shop were dishonest, rude, and condescending. They refused to honor a quote for a flower arrangement when they decided that they were not making enough profit and I had ALREADY PAID IN FULL!!!! Consumer beware!

These people are totally professional and have the MOST exquisite flowers I have ever seen. I HIGHLY recommmend them both for the quality of their flowers and for the kindness they extend to their customers !

I have been ordering flowers from Sherwood Florist for many years-- I have used them many times for mothers day, birthdays, get well wishes and condolences. I live in NY but my family is in Claremont-- my orders have always worked out whether I ordered in person or over the phone! I highly recommend them!

Order a mix boutique of flowers with roses and sunflowers and must say that she loves them it was full of color to my surprise i must admit the boutique came out really nice coming from a guy thats not into the whole fower thing ... overall Ill recommend just say what you want and youll get that and more.

Highly recommended I always come here now. Very reasonable in every way flowers here are best around And I have looked in a 15 mile radius so this is your ticket to quality flowers. I have purchased dozens and singles I have had them help me design and they allowed me to hand pick what I want

Wow Im impressed with their work, and the service was fenomenal, my son called the Friday before prom night and I was taken back when they said yes they would do the corsage. The girl that helped us was super nice and the next day the corsage was ready by 2pm as promised.

I ordered flowers from here and the roses lasted for a VERY long time. A month later and the flowers still looked good, maybe not too alive, but still in the same positions and red. Will definitely order again in the future.
