The cashier named Joshua was rude and not customer friendly. My son & I went there today. When we got ready to cash out the tickets/credits, we were told that my son did not have enough. I said why and Joshua said because he got candy that was too much. I pointed to the sign that said 5 credits and Joshua said well they are 15 & 20 credits. He said the sign was not there and he did not have time to put it back and you know how these kids are. I was shocked by his attitude and answer. I asked for the manager. I was told that I had to wait. Finally after 15mns a manager walked by then proceeded to help 3 other people that was after me. I was told he had to do the Bar customers 1st then me. The manager finally walked over to where I was & he started to talk to Joshua and I could tell Joshua was advising him on my concerns and even pointed to what my complaint was. Joe (the manager) then came to me and said, "What can I do for you". I said I watched you and I know you know what my concerns are. Joe then proceeded to tell me, "Did you read the sign that they had at the top". I said I saw the small sign after the issue, but that does not excuse the rude behavior of you employee, nor is the sign readable and what kid is looking at that. You had 5 credits on 2 spots of a rack that had 8 rows of candy. Plus I was not the only customer that had this complaint (there was 3 other parents and children behind me). I then informed Joe that I think he was rude and he is not helping me to see that Round One values their customers. He finally apologized and said he will fix the signs and talk to Joshua. I never been here an I dont think I will come again.

Bowling, karaoke, ping pong tables O My! I think its genius that they replace the old furniture store with a bigger version like Gameworks, nay- a Beer Version only D&B I thought everything was very well thought-out - they combined all of kids/adults favorite things. Teenage girls love taking Cues Sticky pictures, Boys love arcades, and for couples- boyfriends winning prizes via those claw machines for their gfs ! ( They have a bunch of "claw"grabbing machines where you can win Hello Kitty goodies to Japanese influence snacks and even some boy stuff !) As for a nice company happy hour hangout, play a little pool, spank some ping pong, drink a little beer and shoot some darts! Its just ingenious- i cant believe no one else had thought of this before?! The only con maybe would be that they are only limited to Beer and Wine and no hard liquor. Btw- they have this pretty sick deal where you pay 11 dollars and you can play as much games in the Span of an hour at the arcade section, oh and dont forget to use the last 5 minute of your hour to take some sticky pix -yes that is included (only one per card) !

This Round 1 used to be really nice... It was really clean, all the games were well kept in good condition and the staff were really nice. We came back for a visit after a year or so, sadly it has gone down hill... The place was dirty and there were a large number of broken / out of order machines. The smell of weed was extremely strong as well... The staff were not friendly at all like they used to be. They also changed the prizes for tickets so much... There used to be lots of full size candy bars for really low ticket amounts. Now its just the standard random crap you find at places like Chuck E Cheese or D&B. A serious let down :( Hopefully the parent company from Japan realizes this and overhauls stuff soon.

Long waits! But I believe they are one of the larger locations (I really only know of this location and the other in Moreno Valley.) they have a lot of karaoke rooms, but they get reserved quite quickly and there can be very long waits for the room. The reason why I like going to this location is because of the large selection of music/rhythm bases games. They have a lot of claw machine games, photo booths (the insane Japanese style ones where you can edit them up the butt), racing games - you name it they probably have it. Its a great place to go to for group activities as you can make reservations for parties online. If you go quite often, the club cards are worth the discount you get.

First thing that comes to my mind, when i walk in to this place is, FUN. They have a huge arcade selection, and the newest arcade versions of street fighter 4. I know they have held Street Fighter tournaments, that were broadcasted online, and these tournament were not just random sign up, top players like Justin Wong and Marn, showed up to play. Round One is the only place where i have found Initial D arcade machines with the card system that saves data. I havent seen this anywhere else. This just maybe because i dont go out to many arcades, but in my experience this is the only place that has the data cards. Bowling, Karaoke, and billiards is always fun.

A large arcade filled with a bunch of imported games. From rhythm games to ufo machines to the photo booths, round 1 has it all covered. The only gripe I had was with the ufo machines, the prizes inside were placed far back and the claw itself not that strong so whenever you were attempting to win the prize you would only be able to inch it forward very slowly. Attendants are there to help you which is great but having them constantly opening the machines and readjusting the prize so you could win the prize easier is a hassle! Just place the item a bit closer so you could win the prize in less than ten tries at least!

A lot of new games, but unclear and unfair point (ticket) system. A fun family outing turned into a dispute with their manager about something that even a five year old could inference on the machine. (See picture) If you are playing for the ticket, ask the manager for clear guidelines before playing. Turns out, this is the same for many of the other token games (wizard of Oz, Pikachu, and etc.) We were at Dave and Busters very recently and played the same game. They did not put such restrictions on their token games. They were very cool about it. Take your money their instead!

A bit understaffed for such a big location. I went out recently and the management staff was rude. The ticket dispenser for half the games kept jamming. It was a chore to keep asking staff to give me what I was owed in tickets. Then customers had the same problem and they left the games open so people would keep wasting their credits. I spend my hard earned money I want to have fun, not work for what I am owed. Looks like Ill take my money to D&B and give them a shot. Its sad because round 1 in Japan was run way better, at least at the 3 locations I went to out there. :/

Its a well set up facility. there are various activities from bowling and pool to arcades and karaoke. Havent been back since i went the first few days of its gran opening, but the one draw back was that they didnt serve beer! And ive been told by others that the draw back is still in effect. the place is more for families and younger kids. If you just want to do some thing specific, like bowl, or just shoot pool....look for a bowling alley or pool hall. this place is large and loud....many kids playing arcades and running around....cool bowling set up though...
