Ive planned "Trapped in the Room with a Zombie" with a group of some of my favorite people. Ever since my very first Exit Game event ive been itching to go back! I heard really really positive feedback about this particular Room Escape and boy did it meet everyones expectations! Our Game master was a hoot and a half, he def helped a lot on helping us throughout the room full of riddles and locks! It may get a bit overwhelming having to touch EVERY single part of the room with so many different clues but thats the point of TEAM BONDING ! There were actually a few broken items in the room that perhaps limited us from actually succeeding and surviving. I would nip pick but we all had such a great time, especially at the end of the night when our Game Master gave us a run through of each and everyone of our performances. I love the verbal AWARDS ...Cheers and Congrats to my man for being the MVP of the night, as he always is in every type of situation! Its really interesting how under an hour time span, a stranger ( game master) was able to figure out what type of people we are just by watching us work in a high pressure situations. Tip: If youre a Scary cat, dont fret, the "zombie" really isnt as scary as you imagine him to be, plus its REALLY bright inside so dont worry! where comfortable clothing and bring your thinking caps! Yay!!

Let me first say that the staff & customer service is great! I love the Central Bank game at Roomescape. It is really wonderfully designed and has puzzles that make you think in a variety of ways. The theme and several of the puzzles are completely unique to anything Ive seen in other games. I highly recommend it, especially for escape room enthusiasts. I recently played the new Prison game and it is fun. It is a lot like other prison escape games Ive played. (Its a pretty common theme among escape games.) They have one really unique puzzle that I had never seen before and it made me laugh when I realized it. We found ourselves finding work arounds on most of the locks to complete the solutions. We actually got ourselves a little confused because we solved one lock way before we should have and then spent time on puzzles we had already solved but didnt know it. I feel I should point out that Ive played over 65 escape games, so Ive seen a lot of puzzles and my experience in this room will not likely be the same for someone new to escape games. I recommend that guests play the prison before playing the bank. I cant wait to play the other games at Roomescape.

One of the best ways to kill an hour if youre into puzzles/challenges and looking for something new to do. Ive done a ton of these now, and I have to say that Room Escape Los Angeles is one of the more expensive rooms but they do have good production value. Their rooms are themed and immersive which enhances the experience even more. They had a good balance of clue finding and puzzle solving. Nothing was particularly hard, you just have to be alert and good communication is key if youre working with a larger a team. The rate starts at $50 and gets cheaper with more people. I came here with just a friend and it was just the two of us so we both had to pay $50 but if we had more people in our group it could go down to ~$30 per person. You might be able to score a groupon deal or discount code if you Google for it. The staff were friendly and helpful before, during, and after the game. Come early so you can get the walkthrough without cutting into your room time! They are on a strict schedule since their rooms are pretty much always booked. For parking, there is street parking available with meters or a paid lot.

Staff was friendly, informative, and gave great direction. My group had never done an escape room before and we had an awesome experience for my friends birthday. You register on an iPad and sign a consent form (the usual stuff) they take you to your rooms and the door shuts-your game starts! It is challenging, entertaining, fun and definitely worth the money. $30 a person. We did the Zodiac room. 60 minutes on the clock. Every ten minutes you can hit a button for a hint from the staff of you choose to. Room is FILLED with clues, but not all clues mean something! Work as a team, coordinate with each other and try to do clues one at a time, not all at once since you will find several. We finished and escaped with 2:37 on the clock! Crazy fun experience, a must try at least once!!! We will definitely do it again! They have different levels of difficulty so when you choose a room do what you feel comfortable with. Ours was intermediate. The front door entrance has a keypad/speaker you have to buzz them to get let it, just FYI.

We WILL be coming back so that we can to those diamonds. This was my first time participating in a escape game and i had such a great time trying to break into the Bank safe with my 2 friends. Although we didnt complete the mission, we are now determined as ever to come back and do it again. I didnt really know what to expect, but Im sure glad that my friend suggested this over a sunday morning hike. Its located in a very basic building, and it looks like its going through a little remodel at the moment.....but its all good. I thought that the staff was very friendly. They gave great tips before starting on our game. I highly recommend trying out all the different Escape Games. I actually cant wait to go back to finish the game or start on a new one. GIVE IT A TRY!

Went with my dept from work for a team building event. We all had a great time. It was the first one Ive done so I cant compare to any others. I was in the Prison Break, we did use a few hints and finished with 5 min to spare. The phone we were given to use for hints ran out of power but the staff was on top of it and we were able to get hits from them directly. Some of the puzzles I thought were easy while others were quite challenging. The other groups from the office did all the other rooms and some were successful and some werent but everyone had a great time. Its nice that you can do the room with no hints if you want, or choose to have a few. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

Excuse me if my review is sloppy. Im still picking up pieces of my brain from the floor because my mind was BLOWN. This was one of the coolest things ive done in a long time. Being a fan of escape games I had to check this place out. I was really excited to try it out and it surpassed my expectations like i couldnt believe. definitely a sick spot if you like puzzles and adventure and want to do something cool with your friends. The staff was also laidback which made us feel pretty comfortable right away. We completed the cold war bunker with a couple minutes to spare and it was intense. Im looking forward to coming back oceans 11 style and pull of an epic bank heist. Check this place out. You wont be dissapointed.
