The arena is very nice. They keep the place sparking clean, the seating offers great views and is actually quite comfortable. The outside fountains are great. Im a huge Kings fan and I always enjoy a good hockey game, especially when the Ontario Reign are in town and I can wear my Kings jersey and cheer against the Condors. Usually the security makes sure that I make it to my vehicle unscathed. I would give 5 stars, but the venue hasnt been able to secure an NHL preseason game in years, which I sorely miss.

Great place for event. As Jehovahs witnesses we attend an annual convention held at this arena. The staff there is very pleasant to work with and have always been very respectful and courteous with us. It is located near many hotels it even have one next door to it. Lots of places to eat within a reasonable distance. There is also a theater located behind the arena. The second floor seeking is not bad seating, you can still get a pretty good view.

Fantastic experience overall, I saw the Bakersfield symphony which was literally the best Ive ever seen, granted it was only the second Ive ever seen, but it was still very enjoyable. Very clean, comfortable seating, and handicapped accessible. Plus there is a pokemon gun and two pokestops outside an extra bonus.

It could use Remodeling on the stairs to norrow & to me its kind of dangerous & walking down stairs sitting area too narrow to get through the seats please consider the remodel the seats

Not bad. Sitting in "the pit" wasnt the greatest. Second row, is too low. Not a horrible venue at all. Could use some renovations. The vending outright sucks as far as drinks and whatnot.

Love the shows/concerts Ive seen here. The higher seating can be a little crowded but the pit area was great. Food vendors are nice and food is decent.
