Obviously the other reviewers did not sit in the balcony. The remodel is great and beautiful. Entering and exiting all those stairs are better. Several ways to get to the balcony. The seats are further apart so the nonstop parade of parents and children going to and for to the bathroom was better than before. The sound was good from the orchestra, but the actors voices were not as clear as we hoped. The play itself was great, colorful, fun, and funny. BUT we could not hear spoken words. Shouting and singing could be heard. But funny little lines spoken banter was lost. Afterwards, I asked others who sat in the floor sections if they could hear the actors talk. They could not either. We all hoped that this is some work to be "tweaked" for future performances. All in all a very good event. If sound improves, it will be perfect!

Saw Elf last night. Pros: Colorful, great music, was able to see from the balcony just fine, space in front of seats made it easy for people to come and go. Cons: Couldnt hear the actors well, only one concession stand on the bottom floor, no water fountains by the bathrooms, so if youre thirsty wait in line to get on an elevator to go to the bottom, and I thought the seats were rather small, but my husband said they were fine, but he was sitting next to me. If you are sitting next to someone who is sort of big, they are small.

Just saw Elf here, and the renovations look great! Really nice and comfortable. Only complaint: it wasnt clear how to get to your seat. If you go to the wrong entry, theyll direct you to a different level/door and youll have to wait in ANOTHER long line. We did this 3 times because there werent any signs with this info. Im assuming theyll remedy this, but for the time being, its annoying.

Nutcracker Ballet was wonderful. The newly remodeled Performance Hall itself was a disappointment except for the design of the balcony. The auditorium itself lacked the beauty and style of the old Theater and not as well designed. The seats not as comfortable and entrance crowded and didnt flow well. We sat in orchestra section center S. At the back but view and sound were excellent!

Went to phantom on the last night. New renovations look great! We sat in the upper tier. Difficult to hear the subtle conversations. NOT a good area to sit if you have vertigo or problems with balance as the steps are really steep. Parking can be far away and a good walk, but nice on a pretty day. There are both free add paid parking. I look forward to attending other events!

Absolutely ridiclous that we waited until 5 minutes before a performance to admitted to the seats on the upper level. Only one door was open with staff. Understaffed and the staff working had no clue what was going on. Because of the seating issues the performance was late. Hopefully Robinson can get their operation running much better or we wont be back.

I absolutely loved this venue. I went to see the Phantom of the Opera, and this auditorium made it ten times better! I was especially amused that they served me Miller Lite in a sippy cup. They will have several more Broadway shows coming to that venue in the near future, and I encourage all to go see them.

Weve been attending the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra pops performances over 8 years now & consider Arkansas blessed to have such a excellent group of performing artists in our state. The music Hall has been remodeled & has box seats, wheel chair accessible & great views of the stage from every seat.

I would love to give them 5 because the shows were great last season. However, they mailed out renewals by Jan. for a March deadline. Ive called twice to confirm because i havent heard from them. Every month they say call back Next Month....seriously. So now I will call back in Aug. Not Impressed.

We were here twice, once to see Aretha Franklin several years ago, and just the other day for the Miss Arkansas pageant. We had an awesome time both visits. The seats are comfortable, there is plenty of leg room (important for a tall person like me), and getting in and out was a breeze.

The performance, acoustics and seating are wonderful. Parking is a nightmare. No handicap parking??? Not very handicap friendly inside or out. They were definitely not prepared for the Phantom crowds. Im sure things will get better.

Seating is very steep - take caution when walking to/from your assigned seat. There are a variety of performers/shows that come here - something for everyone. There are food/drinks available at some performances.

Seating was great! You could see the stage well from just about any seat here. Drinks were served in a hard plastic cup that could be reused at home.
