Very nice park! The staff is friendly and helpful.The facilities are clean.The parks has trees and plants for shade. It is close to lots of stores and restaurants. Located just off of Grand Ave., you can get to just about anywhere in Phoenix without a lot of trouble. The spaces are not crowded together like most parks in Phoenix. Just an overall nice place to lower the landing gear for a few nights or even a few weeks.

This park is extremely well maintained, the staff are wonderful! We have traveled across the country from Arkansas through Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and finally ended here for a three-month stay. The grounds have plenty Of trees and grassy areas for your pets, and the staff is extremely friendly and available immediately for any issues. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone traveling to the Phoenix area.

Perfect location to go to the Texas Rangers spring training in Surprise. clean restrooms and laundry. Nicely spaced sites. train tracks are across the street so can be noisy at times. no pool but nicest campground on Grand Avenue. Not many sites so reserve early.

Trains, jets, automobiles and work trucks of all sorts. Noisiest campground we have ever stayed in. And if thats not enough the host had all the tact of a mack truck. But at least he knew it all. We stayed here 3/17 in a motor home.

I like the "green atmosphere and surroundings, plus the rates are very reasonable and the management make it Homey. They need a pool and move the railroad, otherwise pretty cool place.
