I was fortunate enough to play Hillcrest this past Saturday. The course was in fantastic shape. Tees, fairways and greens can compete with anyone in the valley. They are currently remodeling their cart paths, which they mentioned before we went out. The paths that are still on the course are in great shape. They have some areas where the cart paths have been removed. If you know the rules of golf, these areas are ground under repair and are a free lift, which would not effect you in any way. Some fairway bunkers were hard, but that just made them easier to get out of. All greenside bunkers had been groomed and were soft enough to get out of. We saw the Beverage Cart multiple times and she was more than attentive. I moved from the west valley awhile ago and it had been some time since I have played Hillcrest. I was very happy with my choice. The staff is really putting time and effort back into the facility and it shows. Thanks for a great round!

Fairways are forgiving of slices and hooks. The greens are ridicously sloped and fast. For the casual player, the greens prove very challenging. However, the fairways and greens are well maintained. The reason for the mediocre rating is because the cart paths look and felt like they have never been repaved ever. Often times we had to swerve to avoid potholes or risk whiplash. Also, only one ball washer had a towel. Nonetheless, I will probably golf here again.

Went there specifically because they were not too busy, came from Michigan so hadnt played in awhile. But even though we finished in less than 2 hrs for the first nine, were told we were not keeping up with the 2 some in front of us. So we left after nine!

Great course, difficult back 9. Lengthy fairways. Recommend beginners only play front 9. Or bring lots of balls, many bunkers and water hazards. Great price point in Sundays. Nice greens nice fairways. CJ was the man today!! Would go again.

Its ok, love how challenging it was for me and my mate. But there was more dirt than grass on some of the fairways. Lost a few 5 dollar balls due to the grass being a foot high on some of the holes only a foot away from the fairways.

Get what you pay for. Cheap prices, muddy fairways, so so greens. I can deal with that but i cant deal with the racist old man with the glasses. Seriously, racist to the bone. Ill take my weekend hobby to a different course.

Unbelievably shoddy goat track. Used to be a nice place but now completely gone to seed. Several dead bird carcasses and overflowing trash bins were a nice touch though.

Greens and fairways are always very nice. Some good solid risk/reward holes that you need to strategize on. Staff are friendly and cost is very good.
