We came as a group of 35 guys , as part of our annual golf trip. We had already played gold canyon , excellent experience . Then played Wildfire , even a better experience . Then we got to Las Sendas , what a let down . They had carts for us , but no designation on carts for players or T times. Talked to staff at bag drop , they indicated the starter on first tee would line us up . Upon arriving at 1st tee, Dave, the starter was emmediatly very rude and clearly didnt want to help . He right away suggested " turn your cart around and go find out your tee times." Yet there he is with time sheet in his hand . Several members of our group had not nice discussions with him . Course itself was mediocre at best . Traps were soaking wet , some had standing water in them . Yardage markers were non existent, even when we found sprinkler heads with stamped yardages , they were wrong . Some of the greens were nice , others were really beat up and bumpy . Tee boxes were very uneven, some with big humps or depressions . Oh , and no refreshment carts at all . For the cost we payed , Im very disappointed. Would never play this course again , waist of time .

We played this course for the first time on February 10th. The greens were hard and very bumpy, unlike my home course at Sunland Springs G.C. in Mesa Az. Also, we struggled all day to figure the distances to the pin because the carts do not have GPS capability, and the markers on the irrigation covers were difficult to find. This resulted in members of our group continually over and under clubbing which was frustrating to say the least. Given that the carts do not have GPS, at a minimum there should be 100, 150, and 200 yard stake markers. This would speed up play and make the round more enjoyable for players who are not familiar with the course. Since the course is charging $117.00 for a round I feel this is a reasonable expectation. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the starter gave us a lot of information about the course. The mountain views and desert landscape are beautiful. We started within a few minutes of our tee time which is always appreciated.

Played this course on 6-27-15 it is very tough if you dont hit it straight and you cant avoid all of the bunkers it will be a long day for you. Also course is very tricky lots of blind tee shots and a lot of common knowledge would be good here. The greens were very poor just been aerated a week before however no mention of this on Golfnow or the website couldnt make a putt outside 4 feet if you are Ben Crenshaw. Finally the par 3s on this course are very blah 3 of them from the black tees are less then 150 yards rather poor for such a supposedly high level course. The clubhouse was nice however they dont let carts in the parking lot which is dumb so have fun lugging your clubs out to your car. Finally the bar and grill are nice great service excellent food a very friendly lead bartender talked golf with no complaints about the bar and grill what so ever.

Great Golf Course! Amazing layout! Spectacular views of Red Mountain and surrounding foothills! Very challenging. Usually in very good condition. Greens (recently rebuilt) are more receptive and fair than they were a few years back. A truly must play for locals and visitors alike. Not always the best "value" with so many other good deals across the Valley (the staff is pretty proud of their course since making the announcement they intend to go private - still dont quite get that decision - after all, many private clubs opening play up to the public) but keep an eye out for specials or a twilight rate.

Played it in Dec, so rates were obviously high. We got a deal online, so it wasnt bad for us, however Id never pay the usual rate they charge. Its a tight, target style course, with nice views and elevation changes. Good variety of holes, youll use every club in your bag. Its in good condition, has a friendly, down to earth staff, and nice practice area. For my tastes however, it is too difficult, with too many hidden surprises, crazy fast greens, and blind shots. (Im a decent, low 80s player) Dont let the short yardage fool you, its hard. Id play again, for the right price, but Im not in a hurry.

Great course. The layout is unlike anything that I have played before. Although I grabbed a late twilight time, I was still able get, what I feel was the standard service from the clubhouse and other course workers - range balls and cart included! The course was in great shape for early June, with only one downside - the fairways on the front 9 had recently been aerated so there were dirt clumps all over. Apart from that I would give it a full 5 stars. Overall it was a great experience and I will be sure to come back again.

Good greens, nice sight lines. Challenging enough (21 handicap now, was 14) even the big hitters had plenty as they went to the tips. Fun to reach #18 in two - will hold your focus on tee and shot over lake. (now try and hold that green) Very friendly and helpful bag drop, pro shop staff and starter. Halfway house had a wonderful sausage. Nice spiciness. Great mix of locals using the restaurant after plus Alice Cooper plays there so it works.

My boyfriend and I loved this place, the view is breathtaking; however, the service that we received yesterday was very bad. The food was late one hour and 45 mins, the waiter never pick up empty glasses or dishes and the salmon was still frozen inside. Very disappointed. They are poorly prepared and service is no what you expect. We will not be back and I will definitely do not recommend this place to my friends here in las Sendas.

I had my wedding here on 10/17/15 and I just have to say that Dascha and Marty are amazing. This place was just beautiful and these ladies made my night so amazing. I was stress free all day long. Ive been getting complements since saying how awesome the place was and how awesome the staff was. I would highly recommend this place. And the gold coarse is amazing!!

My husband and I live in Las Senda. We have been dining at the Patio since we moved here over 10 years ago. The music, food, and view are magnificent. I hate to say anything derogatory about this wonderful place but over the years we have seen service decline. It is our hope that management reads yelp review and makes some significant changes.

Food on patio at sunset. I am a hiker not a golfer. Bogies Restaurant nice for small party. Grill inside or on patio great food and daily specials. Good wine and beer selection. Many hiking trails nearby both sides of Usery Mountain. Life is good at Las Sendas. Southern part has 2 grade schools on Public one "Charter."

Played in late Sept 2011. Course is really nice. Fairway condition was great and it can be target golf for most people. Lots of dog legs. For the Mesa area, I think this course is very good. They have an excellent grill, club house and practice facility. Got it very cheap online.
