This museum experience is hard to describe if you are in the least fascinated by history or aviation. What a great display of vintage aircraft. You get upclose and personal with them, including crawling thru a B-29 bomber. The staff were all knowledgable, helpful and pleasant. The facility is amazing for the "Walk of Honor" entrance, to the outside airplane displays, to the film, and of course the interior displays of planes, and other information. Even the gift shop was excellant. What a great experience. I only scimmed the surface in a 2 hour visit. You could easily spend an entire day touring this museum. This is a live museum complete with aircraft rides. On the flight line display, I witnessed several of the musuems airplanes take off, land and one aborted take off. The pilot and plane were okay. Just lost its air brakes. This musuem is one of the prize jewels of the Valley. Keep up the great work!

I THINK ITS A FRANCHISE! EVERY little plastic model kit, 7/8 scale Nieuport biplane, poster, photo, 70 year old video, "articulated pilot training pod" and Glen Miller music out of the speakers thats on display in every other aviation museum in the USA is duplicated here, so its nothing new whatsoever. The SAC museum in Omaha, the Robins AFB museum in Georgia, the EAA museum up in Oshkosh, the B-24 museum in Pueblo CO, even the Smithsonian itself has ALL the same stuff this place does. Most of what youre looking at are mock-ups, not actual aircraft. The Space Shuttle outside the Houston TX space center is actually PLYWOOD! Just an FYI for the layman.

What an incredible experience! Chris took me up in the Stearman and Ill admit I was slightly nervous but he is truly a pro. He explained everything ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect. When we were in the air he checked to make sure I was comfortable and having fun. This ride was a gift from a friend and it was truly exhilarating. Beautiful plane, fabulous pilot and a thrilling ride Ill never forget! Be sure to check out the museum too!

Historical aircraft. Interactive and hands-on displays. Walk up to and inspect aircraft and cockpits. F-4 Phantom, MiG-15, B-17 Flying Fortress, B-25 Mitchell, C-47 Skytrain, B-26 Marauder, and lots and lots more Warbirds and rare aircraft. Can tour inside flying aircraft, and book rides on them. Access to hangar and workshop. Extremely friendly Docents and volunteers. Lots of scale models, artwork.

Davvero una piacevole visita. Ci sono una trentina di aerei originali ed introvabili della WW2 e si è liberi di entrare allinterno dei bombardieri. Consigliatissimo per tutti gli appassionati.

Worth the visit. If you have an interest in WWII aircraft, this is a must visit. They have a small collection worth seeing and supporting. Most of the planes all fly. My son and I spent 3 hours and enjoyed every minute. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to everyone who took the time to speak to us, especially Paul, Buck and Jim.

This is absolutely fabulous place, the price may seem steep to some but. It is definitely worth the price. You can go in some aircrafts, see airplanes being restored, and look l around the wonderfully planned out exhibits, the volunteers are friendly and all are very knowledgeable. Definitely suggest to come out here and see this.

The planes are very cool and maintained very well, but the admission prices are pretty high at $15 a person. The hours are also a bit disappointing, as we planned a day to go out and didnt expect it to close at 4pm but that is also our fault for not checking before hand. I would recommend this place if you love planes and history.

Being able to view the inside of the cockpit on a fighter jet was enough to make the $15 admission worth it, very cool. Only wish that more interiors of planes were available to see, most of them werent available at all and the others were roped off so you could only see from a distance.

I really enjoyed this museum. They were welcoming to all ages. My 5 yr old and buay 3 yr old were allowed to explore and pedal a cute little aircraft. The Veterans were informative and just showed a passion for these aircrafts. I will definitely return!

For one thing, the price to see 12 or so aircraft is pretty steep. Especially, when the planes and choppers are so common elsewhere. Otherwise, if you an aviation buff and hadnt been up close to an F4, Piper Cub, then you might enjoy it.

The museum is incredible and the staff is so helpful and polite. I loved climbing up into the old warbirds and exploring the equipment that my grandfather operated when he was in the war. Tremendous experience and would highly recommend.

Fantastic!! We really enjoyed this. My favorite musuem in Arizona. They had live planes going in out of the maintenance area. They had great exhibits, interesting content, and absolutely wide variety of aircraft.

I go back every year when one of the major events is in progress. Great exhibits and displays. Makes me proud to be a vet. I was in awe to learn what a big role Women had in WWII as pilots.

A must visit for any plane enthusiast. It was awesome to see the B-17 land and taxi in. One of the last places to see some WWII planes that are still air worthy.
