I have lived in Denver for 10 years and been to countless events here. All have been amazing experiences. But this last week I took my 3 year old son to his first event here. Manchester United vs AS Roma to see the Reds in our back yard! It was everything I imagined. The "wow factor" was there when he saw the stadium, he stopped in awe to look at the field once we walked through the tunnel to our seats, concessions were perfect, the section assistants (I think thats what you call them) were helpful/nice/happy, Guest Services found us ear plugs and sunscreen, Wayne Rooney (his favorite player) scored two goals, & our side won the match. All in all an amazing experience for a dad and his son but why would I expect anything different. I am writing this review/letter today because two of the employees went above and beyond their duties. When we got to the car I realized my phone was not in my pocket. Most of us have lost a phone and it sucks! With a new family, buying a new phone hits the wallet pretty hard. Other than that it is pretty replaceable. But then I started thinking about the photos and videos of this magical day that could not be replaced. So I had given up on the chance of finding it when a friend suggested I go check just in case. Guest Services didnt have it. I was pretty bummed at this point but I didnt give up. Mary Jane & Nora of Guest Services didnt let me give up. Mary Jane called everyone in the stadium and coached me to find the other lost&found. Thats where I met Nora! After tracking my phone it was still in the stadium somewhere! Nora (If this isnt your name I am so sorry but I know it was something very close to this) walked with me and asked vendors, employees, police officers and other security agents if they found a phone.... no luck! Then we went back to my section for the third time and started searching the popcorn, soda and beer-littered stands.... again I had given up at this point when she reaches down and finds my phone with all the memories of this amazing milestone in my life as a dad! I gave her a hug which is far short of proper payment for her dedication. THANK YOU NORA!!!! By now the stadium was locked up tight as could be and I thought I was stuck in this magical place! My son was sitting in my neighbors minivan watching tv with his best friend! They are all sitting in an empty parking lot waiting for me. I look up only to see Mary Jane... the angel that didnt let me give up in the first place. I assume she was exhausted from another long day of work. But that didnt stop her from being one of the most pleasant people I have ever met in my 32 years on this earth! From there we were stuck in an elevator before finding our way out in a staff-only exit so I could be reunited with my son, my friends, my phone and my memories of the day. Thank you for an amazing day my son and I will never forget!!!!!!

First time here last Sunday. Seeing a Broncos game here is an amazing experience. Broncos fans are loud and proud and know how to have a good time. First of all the stadium is easy to access via light rail, just not when leaving a game. The pregame activities were a lot of fun and we came away with so much free stuff I wished I had brought a bigger bag. I only wish someone had told me where to go and what to expect when the players arrive. We easily couldve gotten a dozen autographs. The team store has everything you could ever want, and the museum was neat to see. I cant wait to return one day, but probably not for a Raiders game. Most of them were cool before and after the game, but a few really went out of their way to be a**holes. Fortunately me and my 8 yr old son had just made it to our hotel when a drunk Raiders fan looking for a fight had to be held back by his friend. Needless to say we stayed in the hotel the remainder of the day. Many thanks to the local fans who made the experience everything you would hope it would be for us out of town fans, made me proud to be a Broncos fan!

The stadium facility for parties and events is beautiful! Great central location and lots of friendly staff! The atmosphere was very upscale and inviting. Entrance displays Denver Broncos memorabilia, with access to the club level. Available access to the outdoor stadium, with breathtaking views of the field. Giant outdoor projectors to display slideshows or videos. Oprional tours of the stadium. Beautiful fireplace, with Denver Broncos emblem, provides cozy setting around two oversized bars. Fantastic views of the Denver downtown skyline! Plenty of room for large parties, bathrooms are very clean, and catering is available. There is plenty of parking for a private party. However, lack of security in the parking lots, and the distance to the entrance gate is a bit uphill.

Field and venue are fine. But they have a new entrance policy that makes attending events there a disaster. They do not allow people to take bags of any kind into the stadium now. They told my wife she had to check her purse at the gate. They gave her a number so she could pick it up after the event. They gave her a clear plastic bag for anything she wanted to remove from her purse and take into the stadium. We got out of the event around 10:30 at night. My wife and kids were exhausted and wanted to get home. But we were in line past 11:30pm along with hundreds of other attendees waiting to pick up her purse. We have never experienced this at any venue ever before. We will never come to an event here again.

Having attended a U2 concert in 2011 and several Broncos games and events over several years, I can honestly say that the stadium is an improvement over the old 1940-1970s era Mile High Stadium, despite the mouthful of a new name. Accessibility: roll-in, wheelchair accessible seating and theres plenty of handicapped parking thats as close as feasible to the stadium. Sightlines are excellent! Lastly, the new, expanded scoreboard behind the "south stands" makes for terrific replays and brilliant stadium-width graphic displays. Enjoy this stadium as one of the crown jewels of the NFL and a top-notch Denver attraction!

Great venue. Got to see my first live Broncos game. We got there pretty early and our seats were on the top of the stadium section 538. The escalators were not running when we got there so we had to hike up the ramps. Long and tedious climb. I was not impressed with the food but the game was great. I used to live in SF and was spoiled by all the variety of food booths at Candlestick. The new jumbo screens are awesome, just like at home on my large HD TV. Service representatives were helpful and friendly. Go Broncos. I see a Superbowl in our future.
