Ive been there 3 times with friends; grand opening, a week later, a month later. Ive tried to give the place a chance. I just dont care for many of their beers, and for the couple that I did like (Red Willie, Navigator), they tasted completely different each time I went...and not for the better. Ive been there for live music, and the whole place echoes so much you cant enjoy the music. Its great that NN has a new brewery, and I love beer, but this place just doesnt do it for me. Especially when the beers arent that good and cost $8/each (after tax and tip). I prefer to frequent places where I can get a better tasting beer for less than half that price, even if its not in a brewery.

Great experience. I love that Tradition Brewing is dog friendly and I noticed that they are doing fund raisers for local animal shelters. Alex and Jesse provided excellent customer service and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable. The outside area was beautifully lit by the fireplace and firepit. I tried the 488 beer and loved it. Ill definitely be going back to try the other delicious looking flavors.

Great selection of beer and it was an incredible atmosphere, very relax and friendly staff who have a great sense of knowledge regarding the beer there! Amazing taco truck was parked right at the entrance so you are able to purchase some food outside and bring it in with you to enjoy your brews. Great change of atmosphere for the typical drinking place in Newport News

TOO LOUD Good beer, but with live music, it was far too loud to enjoy anything. Mentioned the volume to the staff and they said "Its always this loud." and didnt say anything about talking to their management about it. That was a bit disappointing. We may have just gone on a bad night, but dont plan to return because of the attitude we received from the staff.

Great beer varieties, friendly staff, unique events, fun atmosphere, and an amazing outdoor patio to enjoy drinks on!!!! Ive been here multiple times since they have opened with my friends and fiancé, and it has always been a great time regardless if it was for long hours of hangout time or just a quick dash to grab an ale or two.

The atmosphere is great, very family and/or group friendly. They have several types of fun events and games, such as trivia night. The staff is friendly, and informative. Most of the beer is great, with a good variety on tap. Will return regularly, and bring any out of town guests to show off what the peninsula has to offer.

Brunch was awful $13.00 one egg Omelet, one waffle plate. Left and went to Second Street in kiln Creek. Same price full on breakfast two eggs, toast, grits, 3 pieces of bacon and a biscuit. Once they figure out correct pricing and logistics will go back. Lame!!!!!!!!!

The variety of beers is on par with any good brewery. Very spacious with ample seating. Food trucks are usually coordinated to be parked at the brewery too. Theyre still working through some growing pains but seem like theyll be a great addition to the area.

All the beers taste artificial. I have been to many different breweries; riprap, devils backbone, bold rock, back bay, oozlefinch, young veterans, wasserhund, aleworks, to name a few. Go somewhere else you will thank me later.

Probably the best brewery on this side of the water, and as far north as Williamsburg. All three trips have had delicious beer. The staff is cool, friendly and knowledgeable too. This is a Hampton must-visit.

This brewery is awesome! The space is huge with ample seating. The beer is solid and the staff was extremely polite and friendly. There is a wide variety of beer to choose from. I will definitely be back!

Not sure what this is suppose to be. A brewery with 7 beers total (all of which are meh) limited seating. I didnt enjoy my visit. We left after one drink to go anywhere with more variety.

Went to the soft opening (Grand opening is on 25 June 2016) and had a blast. Great atmosphere, staff and, of course, BEER! Great food is provided by rotating local food trucks.
