This winery just keeps getting better! Theyve built a new tasting room (which takes care of the complaints about it being cramped) and they have a new upstairs seating area that holds 60 people. Its lovely! Fabbioli is unique in that its the only winery in the area that offers a small food pairing as part of the experience. The samples are bite sized but its certainly enough to give you an idea of how to pair some meals and to see how the flavor of both the wine and the food are affected. The wines themselves are tasty and they mainly focus on red wines (and always have, despite some earlier reviews). Their only true white wine is simply called "Something White" because they had so many requests for a white wine and ended up importing some west coast grapes to accommodate them. Other offerings include Pear wines which are surprisingly delicious, especially the port style wine. They recently began offering cider tastings in the barrel room too which was a pleasant addition. They were on the dry side though so if youre looking for sweet cider youve come to the wrong place! My favorite wine from the most recent tasting was the Cabernet Franc!

We had a very unpleasant experience here last weekend. We were mistreated by the cashier that was mandating the door. She was rude, condescending, and interrupted and misinterpreted every question we had for her and their new tasting policy. This use to be my favorite winery in Loudoun County, but it all went downhill when they built the new building. She was trying to charge us for the 2 DDs in our group with the excuse: "theyre taking up space in our tasting room so they have to pay"! Our DDs offered to stand outside to avoid being charged a ridiculous and irrational "standing" fee, but she wouldnt let it go. It makes me sick that instead of encouraging safe driving practices, they were punishing those that volunteer to drive the wine tasters around. Maybe they need to overcharge people to compensate for the cost of the new building. We will never go back! Rude customer service and exploiting your loyal clients is not a way to keep business!

10/10 ! The winery was lovely! We had a something special package for 4 people. It was easy and convenient to reserve. They were ok with us running late. The guy who did out tasting was highly knowledgeable. The tour gave us a chance to see the plants and barrels. At the end we relaxed outside with included glasses of wine and a mix of cheese and meet platter ($18). Each tasting comes with a sampler food platter the menu changes every month. Despite the fact that it was not a short drive, we agreed to go back in the fall. We splurged on a few bottles including the raspberry merlot and pear wine Ps: you can also spot their cat outside

The tasting experience was top notch, paired with bites that correspond with the wines, and almost a one on one experience with the wine server was a nice break from the frenzied approaches of other wineries around the area. I am not a sweet wine drinker but the wines he produces are of top quality. The rasberry merlot is sublimely addictive. I am a big fan of the after/before dinner selections. The rest of the area is a little market like and less inviting but that is a mild criticism not major, a little area outside for people to gather which was not bad but nothing all that inviting. I will be buying more Fabbioli wines.

Really enjoyed the experience and the wines had some real character. Best of all the wineries I visited this week. Didnt have a single disappointing wine and will buy several of my favorites from the tasting. Staff were very pleasant, facility was charming and well kept. Food pairing with the wines sets it apart from the other VA wineries Ive tried and they were all spot on. Last winery we tried after Fabbioli could have benefited from pairings - especially since their wines didnt stand well by themselves. Definitely will return soon.

My worst wine tasting experience. Been here twice and both times we had to wait 30 - 45 minutes before a someone became available to help us with tasting. The place is very noisy and you cant hear each other in spite of sitting next to each other at the same table. The wines are "meh" at best. Considering the options of wineries in northern VA, there are at least a dozen others Ill visit repeatedly before showing my face here again.

With so many wineries in the Northern Virginia area, it may seem hard to stand out amongst the crowd. However, the Fabbioli Cellars winery does, and on a consistent basis! With a unique food bite pairing with each tasting, that changes on a monthly basis, it truly is a delight to experience their wines and learn about how food impacts the taste of each. Family friendly, great location and excellent wines.

Beautiful scenery and great wine, but service is lacking. I did not receive any help while choosing a wine to enjoy that day and the woman behind the counter took my credit card and when I asked for the total, she gave me an attitude and said, "$37, is that okay?". I did not feel welcome there and will most likely not drive an hour to go there for mediocre service.

One of my favorite wineries of all time. The setting is lovely, especially from the top floor of the tasting room. And their wine tasting is awesome, each wine is paired with a small food bite, which truly enhances the flavour of the wine. Its so rare to enjoy every single wine in a tasting, but it happened for me here. I highly recommend visiting here!

Love the food and wine pairings, they provide for a unique experience. I prefer sweeter wines, and Fabbioli Cellars has some of my newfound favorites. The new tasting room provides for great views and good location for drinking a bottle with friends, snacking on delicious fresh treats, and enjoying the gorgeous views NoVA has to offer.

Went in with a group of 7 people. 2 of us were not going to be drinking (designated drivers) and they still tried to charge us for 7 people. The designated drivers were going to sit outside by the fire, and they still said they would charge us for "standing" as the lady put it. Never going back.

a group I had sent there was greeted rudely and asked to leave. They were told a group of 10 could not be accommodated. I will never send anyone here again. That simple. There are plenty of fantastic vineyards in the area. This one will never get our business again.

One of the best wineries in all of Loudoun County. As a local Realtor® in Leesburg, I often bring my clients to Fabbioli for the amazing selection of wines and great atmosphere. Offering wines for all palates. The Raspberry Merlot is a must try.

We had a very nice experience at this relaxing winery just outside of Leesburg. They have a unique food pairing approach to compliment their wines. You wont even think you ate close to the hustle and congestion of the city any more.
