In the heart of Arlington is this wonderful athletic and artistic facility. They have a huge indoor space including track, at least five basketball courts - convertible to volleyball or tennis and all of the exercise equipment you might want. Issues; it does get busy, certain days are blocked off for events or kids days and sometimes the teenagers can be a bit of a rolling pack around the place. Generally it is pretty clean, but it has a YMCA public feel to it.

The cardio equipment and the weight room are very decent. And the sauna room in the locker room is the best feature in this facility. However if you want to stream music while you are work out, you cant because the wifi signal doesnt reach there.

Great gym; indoor track, B-ball courts (indoor/outdoor), cable circuit section, free weight section, rowing, station bikes and spinning bikes, full cardio options, classes, great rates. Only imperfection is hours compared to 24-hour gyms.

Fantastic workout facility; clean and well maintained. Run by Arlington County Recreation Department. There are a number of like facilities through-out the county for Arlington residents. TJ is the largest.

Family skate night is a rollicking great time for kids of all ages who want a big time roller skating experience. Plenty of space for hundreds of all abilities with cheap rentals available.

I love this gym! It is one of the most inclusive, diverse gyms Ive ever used. Many available activities from basketball to pickleball and numerous gym equipment/weight lifting stations.

Came here for Arlington fair. Good food and fun, but they had major trouble controlling the mud in the fair grounds. Very hard to walk around without getting shoes and pants filthy.

Only the for a track meet... Parking can be hard to find
