Guard on duty is a cool guy other than that this place is full of idiots. Delivered a load, took an hour to get a door. Once in the door it another hour for them to tell me they were refusing my load due to load shifting from poor product wrapping. Product was not wrapped correctly attaching it to the pallet allowing the product to slide off 2 pallets. Workers too lazy to restack it and supervisor dragged his feet and was less than helpful in getting the situation resolved wasting a full day and a half here.
