DISRESPECTED and ROBBED on their wedding day... I will never forget the ABSOLUTE worst service experience ever... This was no class reunion, birthday, or business meeting. It was my DAUGHTERS WEDDING and RECEPTION! A once in a lifetime event for someone like Emilee that is the epitome integrity and character... and this place blatantly could care less, and let us know that on the spot. I have been in the hospitality business for seventeen years, and thought I had seen it all. Ive heard guest complaints (legitimate as well as bogus and deceptive) before, and I am well aware of the impossibility that everyone can and will be pleased; but I have NEVER heard or witnessed STAFF & MANAGEMENT complain constantly barking out orders and policies as I did on my daughters wedding day... It seems the manager on duty had no interest in serving their guest, but only there to patrol and interrupt in an overbearing manner. Emilee invested FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in this establishment for frozen biscuits and instant gravy in a barn. Having leased the place until midnight, everything was moving along at a slow, comfortable and casual pace. Emilee and one of the photographers (with the permission from a venue associate) wandered into the adjoining cafe to snap a couple of pics, when the manager on duty approached them and told the BRIDE "she did not lease the cafe and would have to leave" WOW! what a choice of words! Then they broke down the buffet early... The mother of the bride, my wifes plate (and who knows who else) had been removed from our table, and with the buffet gone, was unable to even have her meal. If thats not enough, the BRIDE & GROOM were unable to get to the buffet at all! They left hungry! Although there was no effort required in the over processed diner style instant gravy and frozen biscuits, the homemade waffles were very good. The brides mother, as well as the bride and groom, should have been able to enjoy them. I know they would have been taken care of V.I.P. at my place, and I would assume most other venues. At three 0clock they began breaking the entire venue down preparing to close, and confiscated the keg of beer (barely tapped, 3/4 full) ...as I inquired about the lease until midnight, the manager then had the gall to tell me we didnt have to leave, and she was "sorry about the way I felt that way" as the whole staff were now all peppy working hastily around every guest that re-entered, after stepping outside to observe Emilee and David in their walk through exit (even though they too, came right back into the venue), and right before our very eyes removing food and drinks from the tables, linens, and decor, practically sweeping up around our feet!... Above Ive referred to the place as a barn. If rustic is your theme, its actually a very nice barn and venue, but the miserable management overwhelmed any inspiration for anything nice to say, and left A LOT to be desired. The staff and management I witnessed is beyond terrible with a fake smile and a patronizing arrogance. (TIP- if youre going blurt out condescending remarks about your guests, do it where you cant be heard or have guests witness the scowl on your face. Its very unbecoming, and very adverse of our entire industry. Anyone considering this venue for a special occasion should beware, and inquire of a copy of the encyclopedia of restrictions and pet peeves of the management, unless they make it up as they go. I didnt receive my copy... As I stood there in a bare room, as it was broken down and being cleaned in the five minutes it took to have a conversation with the manager, I wondered what she meant by "we could stay"... What were we supposed to do, PISS on the WALL?

I had my wedding reception here a few weeks ago. The entire process was pretty easy and they make sure that you are meeting up with them at appropriate times throughout the countdown to the wedding day. The girls that worked on the day of my reception were super friendly and helpful. If there was ever anything I needed or a question I had they were there to help or answer. The food was really good and they even gave us all of the leftovers, and boxed up our cake for us to take home, too. The only negative I had with my reception is that we paid to have the fireplace going because it was freezing outside and there are smokers/vapers in attendance, but it wasnt working. However, they brought out an outdoor heater for people to stand next to while outside. I appreciate that they were able to at least do that but I was really disappointed about the fireplace. Other than that, their rentals were pretty reasonably priced, the venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful (the two Emilys, especially!)...I had a wonderful wedding reception here and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a similar style venue.

My wife and I own Wallflower Wedding Photography of Clarksville and we have shot several weddings and receptions at Belle Hollow. Each event we have shot at Belle Hollow has provided some great images and we have always been happy with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We also really like their new outside pavilion and thinks it adds another great location to take some beautiful images.

The Belle Hollow is such a great facility. Ive been to several events hosted here and had a fantastic time at every one. So great - from the staff, to the management, even the food was incredible! Cant recommend this venue enough. 5/5.

Attended an event there last night and very impressed with the facility and the staff. Easy to make it glamorous or casual with a bit of a splash. They had an outside overflow area as well. Clarksville has something special.
