Best Hotel in the Philadelphia. The Logan is part of the High-End Curio Brands of Hilton Hotels and Resorts, and it doesnt disappoint. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of work space for business travelers and a large closet to unpack into. The bathroom is sizable; filled with useful amenities. Theres a full tub equipped with great water pressure. When you wander; Outside your room, some of the amenities and features you should enjoy are the rooftop lounge/bar and the enormous gym and swimming pool. Ive also been fortunate enough to stay in the "King Pennsburry Suite"; ... The Suite is above reproach...The Pennsburry suite is massive with floor to ceiling windows at allow the guests a 120 degree sweeping view of the Museum District thats absolutely breathtaking. The suite is on excellent condition, The room is spotless, as an example: I never sit on hotel sofas or couches, but the suite had what appeared to be a brand new "white leather couch, the couch was comfortable and clean; a the walls were lined with the usual flat-screens, accompanied by a comfy bed in the master bedroom, besides the size of the suite and view, probably some of the best loved features were the 3 shower heads that overhung in the walk-in shower and the grandiose vanity, right outside the bathroom, which my girlfriend utilized at length for getting ready on the evenings, lol Lastly, this particular property previously was the old Four Seasons; Hilton took a magnificent Property and added even more value. I highly recommend staying here over other top luxury hotels in Philadelphia.

On a visit here to meet a friend for breakfast, I was drawn to the lovely courtyard. I plugged my phone in while waiting, on the back patio. I walked to the front of the enclosed patio to look for my friend. My phone was taken. I politely, asked security about the whereabouts of my phone. I asked them to review footage from their security cameras. I was shocked to learn that they had labeled me a trespasser. They refused to speak with me and barred me from their property. I used Google dashboard to track my phone and it was taken right before a shift change. I showed them the address it was tracked to and they refused to help.

Paid for an upgraded room, and the walls were paperthin...Not befitting a place in this price point. Heard several people conversating next door around 11 pm. It was disturbingly loud. Called the front desk, nothing happened for over an hour. I believe at 300 dollars a night it should be customary to offer a different room even if a downgrade. Eventually they left only to return around 3 am...Even louder. Called again and security got there in about 30 mins. Really did not enjoy my stay. Only positive is that the restaurant is quite nice...Eat there stay somewhere else.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Great location, easy walking distance to lots of fun stuff. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Room floors were not clean (garbage left under chairs and beside beds) and housekeeping missed us but we came back too late in the evening to worry about it. Clean bathroom and really nice shower. Best indoor pool at a hotel weve been to... Very warm water. Polite and friendly workers everywhere.

For the price of a luxury hotel, you would expect WiFi and breakfast to be provided. It is not. This a complaint with luxury hotels across the board. This perticular hotel let me down because for $800/ night, the room was the same size as any $40/ night budget inn. Certainly smaller, buy not even that much more fancy. It was clean, but nothing special. I have no actual complains, bit for the price you think they would go above and beyond. I feel like they did not, and all the other guests seemed snobby.

Not good for nursing mothers. I stayed here on business for two nights. None of the rooms have refrigerators, they only have cooling units for beverages that are minimally cool and have a disclosure on them not to put dairy or medicine in them. Instead you have to give your milk to the front desk but when you do sign your rights away including agreeing to indemnify the hotel. Terrible accommodation not to mention I worried about my milk the entire two days.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Stayed here when it was the four seasons, was hesitant since Hilton took over and didnt give it Curio or Conrad, wasnt sure if it was 5 star. But it has maintained the status, beautiful comfortable rooms, lobby is fantastic and staff is exceptional. Stay here if you can can. FYI overnight valet is $55.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Went for the opening and everything was wonderful. Toured a suite and a premium (?) room which were very nice and spacious. Everything is well decorated. We also checked out the spa and fitness center, which was a little small but very nice and doesnt feel cramped. All the employees were nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this to out of towners looking to stay in an elegant but modern hotel.

My young family and I have spent two long weekends at The Logan, and they have taken great care of us both times. The service is great, the Urban Farmer is very good for brunch, and the location is perfect for walking to The Franklin Institute. Lots of open space + an indoor pool round out the amenities for us. We dont shop hotels anymore -- we just book at The Logan b/c we know it will be a great experience.

Disappointing. WiFi costs $12/night. Room was small and cramped for the price. Ice machines were broken and the mini bar was not stocked. There are no discounts or vouchers for the hotel restaurant. Parking is $55 extra. We had to complain twice about noise. The room next to us kept us up till they left at 11 pm and they woke us up when they returned at 230 am. $355 for a poor nights sleep.

Great hotel with great anemities. The rooms are nice and clean and the workers are kind and helpful. They have a great roof top bar as well as a nice lobby bar. They also have a reading room as well as a restaurant. The pool is also great, but small. Only problem is theres no dedicated parking lot for residents, youll need to pay a $55 a night valet parking fee.

Using the digital key was amazing as I didnt have to pull a key out or wonder where I left it. The customer service was exceptional as everyone was extremely helpful. The food at both Urban Farmers and the Commons lobby lounge were extremely good as was bursting of flavors. My room was a superior King and it was neat and clean and had hidden mini fridge.

I loved this hotel until our 3rd night, when I was wakened by loud construction noise (jack hammering?) very near our room at 12:30 am. 3 calls to the front desk and the noise continued. Completely unacceptable experience and infuriating non-response from the hotel: comping the room. A free night doesnt make up for no sleep before an important meeting.
