Went yesterday to see the new Star Wars movie and loved the experience. They were well prepared and so my family and I barely had to wait in line plus we got our tickets online so we could go straight to concessions. The guy who served me (I think his name was Zachary, I have seen him there lots of times) was quick and friendly. He handled my familys large order while making small talk with us like asking how we were and if we were excited to see the movie. The lobby was kinda crowded but when we got to the place were they tear your tickets we were greeted warmly by a young man named Carlo (another guy who has been working there for a long time). He directed us to our theater and while walking there we were greeted by other worker that were just walking by telling us to enjoy our movie. When we got into the theater it was clean and had no problem finding our seats. The movie started after the previews and we thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Overall it was a very hassle free experience with a super friendly staff. Cant wait until the next big movie comes out.

I had not been back to any theater in quite a while, because I was tired of all the rude people who find it necessary to keep checking their stupid cell phones during the movie...looks like a bunch of fireflies invaded the theater. But, I wanted to see the new Dracula movie, so I thought, go on a Sunday evening when most of the Neanderthals are home playing their video games while texting. I saw a poster showing the new plush recliner seats, and I thought immediately that this was going to be something that you had to pay extra for, some special section, so was I ever surprised to find that ALL the seats are plush recliners. My friend and I had the biggest grins on our faces, and I just could not get over how much more enjoyable the experience of watching a movie can now be at Regal Manor Stadium 16. Great job, Regal! Keep up the remarkable work. Now if you can just invent a machine that zaps rude cell phone users...

This place has rodents - or, at the very least, theater 14 does. We saw Deadpool there last night & this brown mouse (? dont think it was large enough to be a rat) scurried under the row of seats in front of us after the lights went up (we were waiting for the after-credits scene.) I told an usher, thinking I could not have possibly really seen what I just saw, and she was very blase about it - told me that yes, indeed, they did have rats, so I can only presume management is aware. I worked in restaurants for three years and I have to say: competent management and pest removal can get rid of any rodent problem. I was not very impressed by our furry visitors. Now I guess we know why they have the reclining seats - keeps the mice from running over your feet in the middle of a showing.

My family bought tickets for Rogue One on Fandango but my phone accidentally set it to the Regal in DC. Needless to say our tickets wouldnt scan... The manager on saw the attendant review our confirmation and explain why our tickets werent working. He wished us right to the customer service counter and honored our tickets by giving us passes to the next showing. Fandango points out that tickets are nonrefundable for non-members before checking out, there was no reason Manor had to honor those tickets. That they did made our familys weekend together that much better and Ill be sure to pick Regal in the future. Love being able to select seats when you purchase tickets. Also, the theaters are excellent with recliners, plenty of space, and great audio/video.

I have gone here for the majority of my life, and have to say I enjoyed it a lot even before they upgraded the seats. Speaking of which the seats are now reclining leather seats and give you plenty of leg room so you never have to adjust for someone moving out of their seat during the movie. While I will agree the prices of popcorn, and candy are expensive it is to be expected from a movie theater, and as long as you are discreet you can bring in outside food without any fuss. In terms of Employees I have never had poor service, or incredible service, but that being said on one occasion(many years ago) when the film broke during a movie they gave everyone a full refund in the theater even though we got to finish the film despite the 5 minute delay.

The new seats are awsome! But staff is not very friendly, you can be the only one there and the folks behind the counter would rather talk to each other than aknowledge you. {this has happened on more than one occasion.} You ask for nachos and dip - which cost too much; just for them to give a bag of cold chips with cheese dip. Then there are too many rules for the pre bought tickets or gift cards. If you get tickets as a gift check first...they dont allow you to use them for new releases and sometimes only for matinees. I cant keep up with the excuses they give me. The snacks are cheaper ,the staff is friendlier and the atmosphere is better at Penn - its worth driving out of the way.

Since its renovation circa 2014, this movie theater has become a markedly more pleasant experience. Its clean, with large, comfortable recliner style chairs. Movie projection rarely has issues, and handles all types of film except IMAX. Worth noting - the new seats do come at the cost of seats per show. Its more likely now to show up to sold out shows, and all seating is now selected. This is great if youve planned ahead and reserved your seats or paid in advance, but means theres a good chance of split parties or just missing shows if you arrive right before a show. Especially if its a large film, plan ahead!

Only one experience there with the new (awesome) recliners, but love them. Concession pricing is on par with other theaters, but if you get a Regal rewards card, they will give you food and drink discounts here and there (got a free small popcorn and drink last time, was allowed to upgrade to large for $1 each). Only thing I didnt like was having to choose my seats before going in (even for a matinee). I had no idea how large the theater was, distance from screen, angle of floor etc. Now that I have been in the theater, I can better choose. But the first time, my seats were not ideal.

My wife and I keep coming back. To be fair its for the comfy chairs. The chairs make this theater experience different then others. And by different I mean better. The staff has always been really nice and I have never had a problem with the facilities always clean and tidy. They recently renovated there lobby and i really like it. They should move the self serving ticket kiosks to the left had wall when you walk in. There just a little hidden where they are now (behind the ticket counters) and it would help flow. Sound and picture are always great.

4.5/5 It was not "ghetto". I had no problems with the theatre. The concessions are overpriced as they are at all movie theatres. I never use the concessions so I cant comment on the service. The seating is awesome. I love the recliners it gives the theatres a cozy feeling and this sets it apart from Penn Cinema and its completely sterile atmosphere. Penn Cinema is overpriced and the experience is bland at best. The proportion of cell phone users there is higher (in my experience then at Regal). I had an enjoyable experience there.
