I was impressed with the Maxwell House, the inside was very, very clean and the grounds were well kept. Friendly street parking which was free. They had a Gender friendly restroom as well as a male and female restroom. I attended a party there and there was plenty of room for the guest to mingle and room for all of the tables and chairs as well as the food stations.
