Good venue. Ive been here for a couple of hosted events and I like how this venue feels and looks different every time. Its a great space so I did some research because I was considering it for an event of my own. I didnt mind the location; this place is exactly where it needs to be and although there is no parking lot of its own, there is street parking. If you are planning your own event, this can be hit and miss. There are surrounding businesses and depending on whats going on there could be zero parking to take a pick of street to park in. The one reason I did not end up choosing this space is because you have to use their own caterer - I looked into doing so, but it was way too pricey. There is an option to buy them out, I think it was $2,000, but that much for nothing in return is kinda pricy too. I do have to say though that the people they hire to staff their events are phenomenal.

Meine erste Party in L.A. und dieses Warehouse hat mich überzeugt. Die Party war zwar ziemlich abgedreht, doch die Stimmung war freundlich und feiernd! Auch die Möglichkeit draussen zu sein und weiter zu tanzen mit dem gut gefüllten Glas voll Vodka, hat der Stimmung beigeholfen.

I had an extremely bad experience here tonight on my birthday I brought my 2000 pound sound system which was amazing we had about over 100 people in the venue I was ordering trains from a very rude Korean bartender in the main room. Bottom line they kept me outside for no reason because she came up with a lie that I spilled a drink on her I will never come to this place that bushman again unless I get face-to-face with the owner and this place needs to be under new management.

Lot 613 is a diamond in the rough... It is off the beaten path, so it can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on the type of event you are putting together, but not to the point where no one will be able to find it. The space is clean and and open making it the perfect blank canvas to do what you want. Elle Nucci and the rest of the Premiere Events staff are a pleasure to work with. Two thumbs up and would use this space again in a heartbeat!

Great artsy loft space to host all sorts of events. Bathrooms need to be updated and because they are right off of the main loft space, you can hear people flushing toilets and using the hand dryer (quite distracting). Parking is a nightmare. Park at ROW DTLA (they have a 4,000 spot parking garage that is free for the first hour) and then Uber to this spot

Great venue, and very close to Pizzanista! Grab a couple slices before you go in, though. Ins and outs are not allowed.
