I came with my family to watch the LB Symphony POPS concert, and I loved my experience. There was plenty of staff members to direct me into the parking lot and then to help me find my seat once inside. The center was also beautifully decorated for the holidays. It seemed like there was a Christmas tree in every corner.

In Long Beach for the IA conference, the Conference Center was huge, but very poor signage, everyone got lost or late to most our meetings and training. The study rooms were in the very back so we had to walk thru a very messy exhibition hall to get to our training sessions.

Ive enjoyed every convention that i have attended here. Its smaller than the LA convention center but it is lovely and right next to the pike.

Venues clean and mostly accessible. Horrible phone reception. Expensive wi-fi. Zero reception for T-mobile.
