I bought a V.I.P ticket. After purchasing, it says V.I.P members will be able to get into the venue early. I arrived thinking I can get in but I was told by staff I had to get in the extremely long line. I told them I was V.I.P. They did not care & told me to get in line. Once they started brining people in, I tried to go to the V.I.P section then the staff said Im not allowed in because its "limited capacity".I said I bought a V.I.P ticket though. How is there limited capacity for what I bought?! They said you only paid for "high touch". I paid for the most expensive ticket which is the V.I.P section & high touch. Not general admission which is a lot cheaper. There was nothing in the ticket or agreement that the V.I.P was limited capacity. This was the first & worst experience Ive ever had! Never ever coming back to The Novo!

RIP OFF! I purchased 5 VIP Loge tickets (row AA) to the Reggae Republic show on 5/25/16. Upon entering I was told that the Loge and Balcony were closed off and I was offered a wristband that provided me a folding chair to sit in BEHIND the pit. We had to stand to actually see the band perform, which was quite a different experience than we paid a VIP premium price for. AXS declined to provide a full or at least a partial refund because "to the best of our knowledge" no areas were closed... WHAT! I was there. I was denied access to the seat I paid for. Just a warning to future guests... You may not get what you paid for and The Novo and AXS dont care... They already have your money...

Xxxtentacion concert last night was 4 hrs and 37 minutes of torture. They shoulda yanked the kid off stage at midnight because clearly he was out of songs to play. Yet he rambled on for almost another hour. At what point do you pull the plug? When the Fire Marshals show up? Oh wait they did. Yeah, this show was poorly ran and the biggest fail of all was not enough access to water. I saw one girl carried out unconscious with the security guard yelling for water. Theres just no excuse for that. Also, I had to pay double the parking downstairs because we were there just too damn long. Get a grip NOVO!

It can be confusing as to which venue you are actually in when you get here or LA Live or the back alley behind the building where Rawoul is located and ready to make a deal. My ticket told me Novo and that is where I thought I was the entire night along with the people I told the same and had no problem meeting me here. But... Apparently it wasnt the novo I was in after all, this was la live. So really I dont know what the hell Im reviewing here.... Maybe Rawoul from the back alley and what he sold me previous to this has something to do with the spots in my memory and life right now...

I went for the Guitar Center Annual Drum off and the competition was good, the bar was nicely priced and my drinks were good. But Im a bit wide and 6"1 and the seats were tiny for me. Staples center seats were better because I did not have to turn to the side to get up. Oh and the girl overseeing our section and checking tickets was a seat nazi, i mean there are sooo many seats empty but no one could space out because according to her " those seats are paid for"...then where they at huh, where are these 100s of people an hour and 30 into the event.

The only thing they got right is the decor and venue layout. Glad I paid $11 plus tip for an 8 ounce orange juice with a splash of vodka. I seriously watched the bartender pour less than one count of vodka. And why is the will call down the stairs and across the walkway on a small unnoticeable folding table? What?! Maybe put will call at the top of the escalator on the same level as the venue? This place might have been designed right, but its manage all wrong. Disappointed. Under pouring is a wrong...

Came here for NXT Live, first time at the venue, the staff was friendly nice and well groomed. The location was clean, didnt order any drinks since i just had dinner and wanted to enjoy the show. The womens bathrooms were nice. There was an attendant there cleaning constantly making sure there was toilet paper in the stalls and the sinks were not covered in water. I appreciate the care.

I love this place!! Well designed and roomy. Good if not great sound but compared to every small and mid-sized venues, this one rocks it! Most are run down without adequate facilities such as restrooms, bar service and elevators. Hot and steamy, crowded and a hassle. Not Revolution Hall! The calendar of events is varied and interesting with something for everyone. I will be back.

Great venue to catch a #artist rocking out! I came to see 2 Chains and Friends as part of the Bet late night party Experience. I liked the vibe tho, I wouldnt recommend the standing room at the bottom(or the pit)- its major hot and foolish filled. The balcony was great but first come, first served. Music sound quality was great, Id definitely return.

A very nice neighborhood, close to downtown. Bright lights, making it seem like we im in NYC. They have fancy restaurant to go with buddies or dates. You can go walk around or even bike around that area. A lot of events. Club Nokia has awesome events, space but can go wrong if you separate the pit and standing area.

The venue itself is so amazing ! Staff members are so polite and so nice! Entrance is also quick and easy because they have multiple metal detectors working. Bar on every floor- big YES and bartenders are quick and attentive. Bathrooms are clean as well. This is my favorite venue in LA !!

Rudest door people ever! We got to the concert late and although we had tickets we were met by overzealous door people. One of the door ladies stepped up to me and actually pushed her shoulder and body weight into me. Cheap shows but like I said not very friendly staff.

Went to see Aesop rock, he was great the sound wasnt so great whoever was managing the sound must have been a little on the deaf side. The venue is nice. Has outside separate smoking area. I believe 1 long bar. The bartenders were fast and friendly

I went for a MuteMath concert. The venue was fresh and free of distractions. The music is the focus at Club Nokia; thats what makes it great. If youre looking for the frills, and not the music, the Green Door might be a better venue for you.

Parking is a hassle because its in a gigantic entertainment square...the venue itself gets decent acts but the ceiling is so low that if youre not there early the sound is sub par. Also it legitimately smelled bad throughout the venue.
