Couldnt even watch the Angry Birds movie because some jealous obese lady made up a bunch of lies to the manager saying my 2 YEAR OLD kept running up to her hitting her and screaming her head off, and claimed I came with just her, when I came with my boyfriend and his 8 year old daughter, and she said that I was playing games on my phone the whole time, my phone doesnt have games, and I dont waste money for a movie to stare at my phone the whole time. I walked out of the theater to use the bathroom then make a call while my boyfriend had both the kids. To prove this woman a pathological crazed out liar, the manager sent in a staff member to check on the so called chaos, only to report my child was sitting peacefully in her seat. This staff member reported the same thing several times. Apparently, because that lady wasnt satisfied with her life, she came out of the theater to harass me a couple times, during once she called my 2 year old child a retard, and said to take her and get out and never come back. The way she acts makes it sound like she knows my boyfriend or his ex. Or that she came to the movies to find a man. I became so frustrated with this nasty womans BS, I never went back in to watch the movie. I literally waited outside the movie for my boyfriend and our kids to come out at the end of it. That woman really has some issues she needs to work out. After all that, the lazy manager did nothing. This is the same dumb manager who kept asking my boyfriend, laughing, if he said he wanted "popcorn in a bottle" when he said "popcorn with lots of butter". Every one else at the concession heard what my boyfriend said clearly. To that horrible woman, karma will be coming your way, it always does to mean people.

Carmine Oakwood makes you sit for about a half hour and watch their commercials for Coke, as well as all their extensive previews, even though you paid them for an expensive ticket. I quit going there a year ago when I got frustrated by the same situation, but I thought maybe they had changed this practice by now. They havent. Funny thing is, when the movie finally started I could overhear someone behind me say, "thank God". Micon treats you better; they let you get to your movie sooner.

Pros: The amount of screens. Most screens are pretty good size. Great picture and sound quality. Comfortable seats. 2 concession counters. Cons: Prices are pretty high. Concession prices are really high. Popcorn butter always gives me an upset stomach. Usually sticky floors. The ridiculous amount of commercials and previews before the movie. Ive timed them at over 20 minutes before every movie. Staff doesnt act like they care to be there.

Very Poor theater. Prices are so high for everything. Staff are rude kids who dont care about being there. The only time this place is worth going to if you catch a movie in-between 4:30-5 as it is $5.75, otherwise go to Micon. The staff are super courteous and accommodating, the prices for tickets and snacks are way cheaper, and for an added plus its locally owned.

People working here are rude they dont apologize when caught being rude prices are ungodly a senior ticket is more expensive then a regular adult AMC theaters has destroyed this place raised the prices 2-5 dollars on everything 850 for a matinee ticket me and my family will be strictly going to mix in for these reasons and filing complaint directly with AMC

Although the screens are nice sizes and the theater itself is huge, it is way overpriced to the point of where I refuse to go to this location. If my friends ever want to go to a movie & mention Carmike, Ill always see if its playing at Micon. Why pay like $9 for a large popcorn when I can go to Micon and have my jumbo bucket refill for $3.50.

I had a less than desirable visit to the theater in December. I think they may have had a heater go out. I provided feedback to Carmike, and the manager of the theater reached out directly to me to try and resolve my concerns. There are some great people at that theater who do care about the movie going experience!

Extremely expensive and the popcorn tastes like crap. Extremely rude staff and management and the theater is rarely clean.. Dont you think since everythings so expensive there they would at least keep the theater CLEAN?! My family and I are done going here. Sick and tired of this place.

Nice staff, a bit pricey, however I could not get my brother into the theater in his wheel chair. He is a big guy and I literally had to take him out of his wheel chair, move him about 10 steps, fold his chair up and bring it to him. I had to do this again to get him out.

I found the staff friendly and courteous the theatre was clean comfortable and warm. The popcorn was fresh and the coke was the real deal. A visitor to you fair city. Thank you. The movie was great as well. I saw Hacksaw Ridge a true WW11 story of courage and faith.

We went to Finding Dory on a Tuesday night. We were pleasantly surprised by the deals they have on Tuesdays and the staff welcomed us with a smile and energy. It was a great experience and our daughter loved the movie!

Tickets are over priced compared to any other theater, and food and pop are WAY over priced. Expect to wait an hour before the actual movie starts... They should just be shut down.
