Physical infrastructural facilities are comparable with other lounges, but I am shocked to learn that liquors other than a few extremely unfamiliar brands are not free. I never had to pay for these before. Putting a retail price of $50+ for the lunge access and then make customers pay for their basic expectations is not going to impress them. Also, the bartender expressed her displeasure/disinterest the second time I asked for a repeat. I used club services of various other airlines in the past and never had to face this attitude. Sorry, United. I expect more from you. You try to save dimes and lose millions.

Nicely clean and quiet lounge. The seats are good, power in lots of places. The bar has complimentary house beer, house wine, house spirits, you pay extra for other than house. The food is basically a soup choice and a small salad bar, collectively is good for a large snack which is plenty enough for most. Placed just by the common gates used by United, a minute or two to your gate.

Very clean & spacious with lots of places to lounge or work. There was always a space to move to for private/quiet calls & comfortable seating. Much nicer than Alaska boardroom except Alaska has more complimentary alcoholic beverages. Bathrooms were very clean. Very minimal food though it was nice to have healthy snack options with a salad bar, veggies, soup & cheese.

Was here for a short layover in the morning (9-10:30 am). Good service. Fruits were pretty good. But other than those, theres only cereal and oatmeal. No other breakfast foods like cookies, sausage, or eggs. Dont know if the variety will change after lunch time, but it currently is certainly a bit disappointing, by far not worth a day pass.

They have improved a lot from not so great snacks to decent snacks. Unfortunately still a long way to go if they are compare to the club in Asia! Even united club in Japan has much more choices on food! Why??!!

Nice, quiet rest stop when youre waiting for the next flight. Snacks, like soup and salad, are complementary. There is a bar but drinks are not free.

Less noisy atmosphere that gate, free alcoholic drinks, snack are very basic. I wont spend my money paying such club. Bar atender needs to improve

After the Air New Zealand lounge this is quite basic. Food is really snacks and some of the bar service can be overpriced.

Excellent service, and great coffee and snacks. Nice place to relax away from the terminal area. Friendly, helpful staff.

United Club is always a nice way to waste time before a flight. It can get crowded, but you can always find some seats.

Very nice buffet. The staff are nice and the coffee is delicious. The seating area is also great!
