Slow and lazy staff. Ratchet environment and lousy DJs. Wish I could say the hookah was decent but after watching the staff stand around chit chatting with each other for an unreasonable amount of time, I finally got tired of waiting and went and got a refund. Oh yeah, and the guy misheard (probably because he was wearing a hoodie and covering his ears) and charged me for a "refill," when I hadnt even gotten the hookah yet! Common sense, much? I clearly said "REFUND, WE ARE LEAVING." Maybe if you took your hoodie down and listened youd be able to do your job right. The rest of the staff was no better and seemed more invested in socializing and flirting rather than being attentive to their customers. Do not recommend this place but inevitably itll get the business of 18-20 year old kids behaving like 18-20 kids, so enjoy that if thats your thing.

I came here for the first time yesterday and it was horrible, I had to pay 10 dollars just to get my friend and I into this place then we paid 22 dollars for a hookah and the guy made my friend give him a tip and signed it for her! Then we sat and wait 15 minutes for our hookah and it was alright, nothing special at all so we where sit and smoke and then a lot of people showed up and we where forced to share our spot with 10 people we didnt know! Also they never gave us a mouth piece for the hookah, how gross! I wont never recommend this place to anyone

Talk about a great business ran by honest entrepreneurs! Lara and Shady Yasin have done a phenomenal job with this business. The service offered here is impeccable, and the environment they have created for 18+ in the Portland metro area is not only safe, but positive! Where else would you trust your son/daughter to go to with their friends, knowing theyre monitored and in a safe place where you can walk into and check up on anytime? Kudos you guys!

Great atmosphere, staff is friendly, been going here for a couple yrs now the new renovation is awesome the surround sound is clear and loud the colors and new painted floor has a swaggy vibe and you cant forget the hookahs! Good flavors the clouds you get and the prices are good! Tons of snacks and drinks! Overall my favorite place to kick it with friends or just to come and chill on weekday after a long day!

Best hookah lounge in Portland. Not only are the employees great and treat customers right they also know their hookahs and what flavors work well. If you dont know what kind of hookah to smoke just tell them what types you like and they will give you a great mix. Really good variety as well on flavors and great prices. Come by and enjoy the environment and music that is always playing.

This place is NOT clean. Theres a fish tank in the middle of the room which is green and nasty. They have dirty soapy water at each table to blow smoke bubbles. My hookah wasnt even clean. When I walked in the staff member rudely asked for my ID and rushed us in and then the person at the counter was snapchatting while taking my order. Felt sick afterwards. Not going back.

I recently moved from Phoenix Az. and was worried I was not going to find a Hookah Lounge I liked because it is something I really enjoy, well I was very wrong, I am glad I found this place, I love it. Best hookah Lounge! Great customer service treated me really nice i would like to mention Minas customer service was better than any other lounge ive been too and the guy in the back brought out my hookah and waited till i smoked to make sure the hookah was perfect and they both checked up on me with coals. THE BEST HOOKAH LOUNGE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

The best hookah lounge!!!!! Really nice owners they keep the place nice and clean really like their hookah they do them perfectly smooth they also have really nice fruit bowls really cool and cheap I would recommend this place to everyone!! Trust me you can see this hookah lounge is better then any hookah Lounge in the whole Portland area!

I came with my friend to Al Narah hookah lounge to smoke and chill. The service was amazing. Employees helped us on high level. Everything was on time. Atmosphere there is very good. Place is clean and always has good music. I would highly recommend this place to smoke hookah with friends!

Its the worst hookah in the world. Also the hookah doesnt taste well its so disgusting. Also there is $5 entry. Smoking hookah there cost $22 !!! that is craze . I dont suggest to come here. The pleas in not like hookah bar . It like night club

This place just got remodeled and looks amazing! The dj booth and dj on the weekends is one of the best parts! Come in and ask for misty to make you something fruit! She makes the best hookahs and is super friendly!
