Went on the tour last night, it was a lot of fun. I went on the tour about 6 or so years ago, back when they started on the waterfront at Ye Olde Curiosity Shop. There have been quite a few changes. There is a lot less walking, so if youre not keen on that youre in luck. A number of the stories that they used to tell (which were fun and also offered more of a look into Seattles history) have been removed from the tour and replaced with an underground portion. This contributes to the less walking. The underground portion is alright. It smells awful in the underground and youre walking around in the musty dark. If youre easily spooked be sure to have a buddy or two because there is no light, just flashlights. Its neat though!! Maaaybe dont sit in the pews in the Death Museum if youre anxious. I got super spooked (bc Im fairly anxious and easy to take suggestions and run with them) because I sat in the pew closest to the door to the underground and kept feeling like someone was standing in the dark doorway (there wasnt). The storytelling was wonderful. Ive been on a few ghost tours (San Antonios and the Queen Mary) but this was the most fun, in my opinion. Lots of history and charm and the tour guides play up the spook factor. That being said, there were a few red flags in the gift shop: starting with them trying to pass off a braid of straw as sage. Sage looks nothing like straw, people!!! Also even if it was actually sage that would be kind of skeevy considering white sage is an endangered species.... For the price and entertainment factor, this is a lot more fun than the underground tour.

Well first off the wifes review was that she "didnt hate it" :) I thought it was a little rough. Walk around the streets of shifty pioneer square huddling around as the guide shows random pics on an ipad. We did lose some guests here as they decided that was enough. All above ground, not exactly riveting stuff, print the wikepedia page on pioneer square and walk around the block for the same effect. Scariest thing was all of the loons out and about asking for cash. Ghost wise, well they take you back to their store and take you into their wet underground tunnels then everyone huddles together in the dark and looks at the ipad again, this time with some volume!! They then walk you through some lame room (looks like a halloween store gone wrong) and then wamo back in what I guess is their reception/gift shop type of thing where they then offer you their resident tarot card reading ladies services (for a fee of course). I really expected better. If you are gona do this at least use a groupon and half the price, makes it less painful.

We loved this tour! It started out pretty tame but slowly built up until we were clutching each other in terror. You could even say we were spooked! Kim was our tour guide, and she was awesome. We really appreciated that shes a real paranormal investigator...she was very knowledgeable and relatable and answered many of the guests questions with ease. The only slight disappointment was the length of time in the Underground. This is not the tour for you if you want to see a large portion of Seattles underground. It really is the stories that make the tour. We would definitely recommend for anyone who likes ghost stories and wants a little excitement and terror in their evening.

Went to the paranormal tour and spent over 70$ and the first thing you watch is a 30 minute video on Ghost Hunters n their tour. Didnt pay for something Ive seen on TV twice myself! Your in a group and you might have a choice to go alone, but maybe 20 ft from another person. You cant even check if youve caught anything on the EVP at the end of the tour. Very lame and not worth the money and the parking place...youll be very disappointed!!!!

Im not one to believe in ghost but that didnt stop me from having fun. The host (His name started with an A... Atton or something) was interactive with the audience and was very charming. The pan handling homeless people were annoying but thats Seattle for ya. The tour took to the streets and we were indulged on the darker and more inappropriate history of Seattle. Id recommend it. Especially if youre into the paranormal and the occult.

Went to the underground Seattle tour expecting to learn some history of the city, found the best story telling guide Ive known (Jim). A little wet if its raining, but the tour guides make their best effort so you forget that and submerge in the history of the underground of Seattle. Very interesting and funny, would recommend for anyone.

We were so happy to find this little place just down the street from the one we were headed for. The people were so lovely and so fun and the whole experience was fantastic!! Our tour guide was phenomenal! I would and will recommend this tour company to anyone who wants a historical tour of Seattle. Thank you so much!

Did the ghost hunt in the underground. Was a lot of fun and had a few interesting experiences. Havent done the haunted tour, but the ghost hunt is well worth it if youre into that. We got to use some really cool equipment and have alone time in multiple places in the building.

Very fun! I had Rai as a tour guide and she was SUPER funny and very knowledgeable about the history! We met Mark (one of the co-owners) who was also informative and very nice. I was happy to give money to a small business ran by good people! And had a fun and spooky stories!

The wife and I found this tour to be very interesting last night. We were lucky enough to be in a very small group so it was very personal and able to ask a lot of questions. Learning about Seattle history is always fun. Aten did a great job. Luckily it wasnt raining either.

Richard was amazing, I learnt so much about Seattle and I liked the fact he patiently explained with so much information. The tour itself is pretty awesome , wild history and great humor by Richard along the way. Unfortunately I didnt have cash in hand to tip him

90 minute walking tour although informative was not the least bit scary. I had hopes of actually experiencing spooky events by going underground possibly instead of walking around and just hearing about them. Would not recommend for those seeking a scare.

They present a unique perspective about the city and its history but not worth the hype nor the price. If there had been more content and had shown us parts of the city we couldnt have seen on our own that would have made it worth the price.

Awesome time. Learned a lot about the historical Pioneer Square, had some laughes and were definitely spooked. Ross EVPs were really fascinating. The last part of the tour is definitely the coolest. Highly recommend!

We went to the walking ghost tour. Our guide was very entertaining and theatrical. Lots of great Seattle history mingled into the tour. It is a new company that focuses on the macabre. A definite must for visitors.

Great tour guide! Nice to learn about some history of Pioneer Square too. Got to see the Seattle Underground a couple times as well. The tour was moderately paced and covered about two blocks.
