They try real hard to be classy/clean and professional and get an a+ on that. Going into Higher leaf they will card you and give you a very nice (newly updated!) menu with a nice neat albeit cramped layout of all of their products which i love. Now for the negative...Ive recently started to broaden my rec shop horizons and try other shops and have found multiple other shops that offer the same quality product at the same cannabinoid levels for 15-35% cheaper. Higher leaf opened up and I liked them alot was buying grams of oil for 26-32$ per consistently twice a week of 70-78% cannabinoid. Solid amber color and good taste consistently. Now that they have been open a little bit their average price for oil is 40-48$ with no increase in quality or cannabinoid content from what I was previously buying!! Like kinda really pissed off how much their prices just skyrocketed. MOST OF THE HALF GRAMS AT 25$ a piece....WTF. I went from loving this place to being consistently disappointed every time i go in. I will probably never shop here again unless they change how they price their product because in my mind its ridiculous to charge so much more for oil when you were previously charging less without an explanation. IMO its just Higher leaf exploiting demand. THE ONLY REASON i still shop at higher leaf is because I have not changed my license to a horizontal license and have been wrongly denied service at some other conveniently located pot shops. guess that is one more good point for higher leaf! you RIGHTFULLY dont need a horizontal license to shop here. No idea why some shops deny you for it even tho it has everything the shop needs to legally identify me as an 21+ WA Resident with photo id. So if you go to buy weed for like the atmosphere of the shop and to make it an experience i guess then this is the shop for you. But if you like to get good deals on product and walk out not only having a good time but having it not wreck your wallet then higher leaf is like at the bottom of the list of shops to go to. Didnt even comment on their flower... because its overpriced and I never buy it. they do have their Daily deals which is like 6-8$ gs of bud. but fair warning its for the most part dry and harvested quite a while ago and you will burn through it wont go as far as a nice fresh bag.

I had a terrible experience. I am using cartridge for e-cig. I bought two cartridges at Higher Leaf. One of them was leaking in the sealed package. I wanted to exchange it so I returned the broken cartridge but the retailer wanted to charge me 5$ for the exchange. They told me that there was a Washington law saying that they could NOT EXCHANGE A BROKEN PRODUCT. Of course, neither them or I could find this law anywhere. They finally give away a cartridge and when I got home, I realized that it was the wrong product. Of course, now I am stuck with it since they clearly told my that they would not exchange anything anymore. I could give more details to express my disappointment for this store but thats about it. edit: Thanks to Andy for pointing out the article WAC 314-55-079 (9). However, a broken electronic cartridge is a "defective electronic components" so it was totally lawful to exchange the product. I will get in touch with you in private to give you more details about my bad experience.

Best shop so far! Most places I go to sell me crappy weed telling me its good stuff and Im tired of it. Today I picked up one of the best products I have bought from a pot shop and it wasnt even top shelf, but it sure seems like it should be. It was 3.5 grams for $35 and I even got a discount for being a first time customer and a stamp card for future discounts on purchases. The representative there even helped me with non related issues that had nothing to do with theyre establishment. This is the best experience Ive had at a pot shop since they all opened. I would highly recommend this location.

Love...this...place!! Amazing staff, amazing prices, and they always have awesome deals for those of us who may ballin on a budget! If youre new, they will walk you through the process and answer all of your questions. Thank you, Higher Leaf!! Also... I want to address the other reviews of customers feeling rushed.......You can take aaaallllllllll the time you need and the budtenders will help you. Dont worry... its all love there. Ive never been rushed by anyone there! If your life is rushed, you may be carrying that with you, regardless of local.

My weed selection was based on my veterans status. Which is disability and constant pain. I thought at first when I was smoking a particular brand why it tasted so bad (actual dirt taste and stale) I dont even know if thats possible, but I looked at the wrapper and the cannabis was very old. Im sure people can make excuses for it, but I have the whole thing still if you want to try it for yourself. Id ask for a refund, but Im sure Ill hear some excuse why its just me rather than bad weed or an unpopular selection that was benched the whole time.

This is my go to shop for all the best flowers in the Eastside. This store is everything a modern Rec store should be. They are very patient with new/ first time shoppers and still savvy enough to show regular users like myself a few things I havent tried before. The staff is amazing and treat you like a person not a sale. So far the best discount card deal Ive seen with 20% off every 5 stamps/visits. The only reason I shop anywhere else is if Im out of town. Hands down, dopest dope.

I got a menu four pages long. After checking it out for a few minutes I thought Bruce Banner and Silver Surfer fit the bill. I was wrong. "I want something that makes me feel like Im *in* the video game." "You want Gorilla Glue #4." "And whats your second recommendation?" "Alien Walker." "Sold." Also, I made the mistake of first approaching from the West side of the building, which had an out of business note. Glad I checked the East side of the building.

Lacks customer service. Ive been coming to Higher Leaf for a while now, and today i got denied service bc i didnt have my ID. The guy there said, "i have seen you in here before, you do look familiar, but we cant sell to you." Like why say youve seen me in Higher Leaf and bought stuff and then deny me service? This has been the worst experience Ive ever had, thus making my first ever review. Work on your customer service.

Bought a vapor pen and came with no directions, no one at store explained how it worked. after going back 2 times I finally figured out how to turn it on and use it You have to depress the button 5 xs fast to turn on and then when you actually using it you have to depress the button then to turn it off you have to depress the button 5xs fast to turn off. Quit smoking so much bud and get your chit together!

I have been in a few times. Your experience is really established by who ever is helping you. Some days the person knows there stuff and can explain the weed and the expectation. Sometimes you just get a random person dosent understand the meaning of product value. Over the higherleaf offers a quality product that is not to expensive. Its also open fairly late. Small parking lot in front of the store.
