Horrible from the moment we walked in the door. You order food from the front not off of menus like other buzz inns. To the left is the bathroom so you constantly have people passing through the cramped line to go to the bathroom. I ordered onion rings and loaded tater tots. The food came super quick and I found out why. The food must have been made hours before because the onion rings were hard as a rock. The tater tots had cheese on it that looked like it was put on yesterday. They gave me 1 tiny cup of ranch and when I tried to get another cup the waitress (brunet short hair skinny no name tag) ignored me the first time. When I finally got her attention she didnt look at me but had a look of annoyance. Paid 20+ for my meal and ate half. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.

We would rate as negative stars if we could. Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Waited over an hour and a half for our food. After complaining and the food was finally served, it was cold and a giant mess on the plate, like they literally just threw it on the plate and it was just 2 simple eggs benedict....really??? No apology for having to wait an hour and watching people who came in after us, who had only been there 10-15 minutes, getting served before us. Then a baby got sick on the floor while we were waiting and the staff not only had the parent clean it up but they just rolled up the rug and put a wet floor sign up, didnt even mop the floor or anything. We completely understand being busy but this was disgusting and rude at its finest.

Our waitress did not wash her hands after going to the bathroom. The food was mediocre at best, you can get better quality at a drive through. The burger had an off taste to it. The fries were extremely unevenly cooked and seasoned. The service was terrible all around, not just with our waitress who didnt wash her hands after going to the bathroom. Not friendly. Not helpful; watched a customer come in and wait a solid 7-8 minutes, leave, and come back and wait again until he finally was helped. Not sanitary. Not good food.

I was not familiar with this establishment, but enjoyed one of the best wraps ever there. It was an ABC wrap, try it! The waitresses were competent and nice during a very busy time. Food arrived in a timely matter despite the rush. They were patient n caring with a wandering child who broke glass. Which is very important! Only thing is we all wanted breakfast. Maybe a limited breakfast menu for all day would work.We are not all early birds, especially on Sunday.

Last time we will come here. Service and food quality has gone way down. We used to love the steaks but now they are tuff and dry. Breakfast now and specifically asked for my eggs soft on my benedict and got them hard. Waitress nowhere to be found to get resolved. Never even came by the check on how are meals were. Suggestion if you decide to eat here do not tip when at the counter ordering, wait and tip after you see what kind of services you get.

Ive been to buzz in quite a few times and the food never seems to displease me. But lately the last two times I came in I was never greeted and even acknowledged once i simply ordered, brought food then my plates were taken away. I would assume from the atmosphere of the restaurant that there would be more time with the customer. Timing with food wasnt an issue this time.

Two stars because it was across the street from the motel. Party of 6. Service was poor at best. One drink arrived after meal was done and one was reordered. Two mixed drinks were horrible. Steaks came within minutes. My guess they were pre grilled. I ordered T-bone medium well. Rare and cold at bone, dry and rubber around outside. Save your money go elsewhere.

Walking in, sitting down, thru ordering food the waitress had an obvious bad attitude. After, I spoke to her she explained her bad day which is legit. However, it made for a tense beginning, and customers shouldnt have to calm the waitress down. We have bad days, but this is customer service. Food was fantastic. Waitress was much nicer after the talk though.

I got the Cobb Salad. It was okay. My husband liked his food. The service was kind of bad. The server seemed put out by my questions about the menu. I have a food allergy, so I have to be careful. And when I asked for lemon for my diet coke I thought her eyes were going to roll into the back of her head. But then she seemed to lighten up a bit afterward.

Like all Buzz-Inns, the food on the American-style menu is good. Service is prompt and friendly, and prices are very reasonable. Lodge-like atmosphere is cozy with fireplace, mounted hunting trophies and lots of natural wood. Access to/from WB SR2 is difficult and parking is adequate. Long wait at peak times, but generally reasonably quick.

Waitress took our order we waited over an hour so my wife asked if it would be ready soon since other tables that came in after were getting their food. Waitress tells my wife she hadnt even put the order in yet. Really? Over an hour just waisted. Wont go back.

I had French toast and it tasted like onions and was very wet and doughy in the middle. The coffee was good. The wait for food was 35 minutes and the prices are not cheap for a casual diner/bar type environment I was expecting better food and a better price.

Worst customer service ever! Most of the employees have no knowledge of what a good customer service is...(especially at the bar)They are rude and unprofessional. Food isnt the best ether. Dont waste your money! We have other great restaurants in town.

Fail fail fail. Food was cold. Sent it back. Was told everything was made fresh except the chili.... lies. Everything was MICROWAVED except the chili! Including my fiances bacon wrapped prawns... WHO MICROWAVES SEAFOOD?! GROSS!

Took the family here after living I town for almost 20 years. We had a good dinner and everyone wants come back. I had a cheese steak and it was very good. The AC was stuck on so,it was cold! Our server, Dawn, was awesome.

The Buzz Inn has amazing employees but their food has gone down hill in the past year. Last year their food was amazing and it always cheered me up to go because I loved the food and I love the employees.

You just gotta see the remodeling transformation of this place. Its a real uptown place now. Even met a business owner here. Wish theyd do this make-over at the other Buzzs.
