The wine was decent and the setting beautiful, however I dont think my friends and I will be coming back as the manager literally harassed us for not having enough people to occupy the Gazebo space (we had a group of 20 and spent a considerable amount of money on tastings and at least 20 bottles of wine). He finally left us alone when one of our group members spoke to another staff member and asked for the owners contact information. The managers treatment was especially embarrassing considering we had friends in from France that had not yet experienced an American winery. They were baffled at the lack of customer service and insisted that such harassment would never occur in France. Cana, do yourself a favor and hire a new manager, as you truly have a beautiful Vinyard and wines that will only get better with age!

Lovely and laid back - Ive been to Cana with my young family, and also to a private retirement party. We like the set up - plenty of room for little people down below, but those who prefer a quieter setting without children have access to the balcony above. I find this separation a very thoughtful way to ensure an enjoyable time for different guests. We are members of the wine club, and I enjoy the whites in particular - and just about all the seasonal specials. The retirement party, in their upstairs private room, was intimate, and the food and service delightful and attentive.

I really love the Rkatsetelli wine! But we found mice poop in our food basket and usually the staff is very friendly and accommodating but the manager wasnt concerned that I had eaten food that had touched mice poop. He confirmed that they had mice and I asked for a refund. He was slightly hesitant to give us a refund since he assumed we ate it all but I informed him we found the mice poop halfway through eating the basket. I advised him to make sure they resolve the mice problem so it doesnt contaminate the food. So be aware if youre eating food from there or better yet, bring your own!

I recently planned a trip to try a handful of wineries in the Middleburg area mostly because of what I had heard about Cana. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the experience. The person who performed our tasting rushed through each of the wines and barely gave any description. I also was not very impressed with the wines, but am hoping it was just an off day because the tasting room and surrounding area were beautiful. The Viognier was the only white wine that left an impression with me and I prefer reds that are bigger and bolder than what is provided here.

We have been members at Cana now for about 8 months. We love the staff and their weekly events, vendors, music, etc. This past weekend they hosted a German Market for the holidays and it was beautiful. They always have plenty of seating and are very accommodating to their guests. Wonderful wine for sure but truly, the service and atmosphere really make visits special!

Beautiful winery and very friendly staff! We were there on a Saturday afternoon and there was live music on the patio and a marketplace set up along the side of the building. The wine tasting was great and we purchased two bottles to take home. I loved that the wine tasting was done in a separate room with all of the wine barrels along the wall.

My wife and I attended a wine tasting, which left a LOT to be desired. The lady pouring the wine acted like she was drunk. Also, two of the wines on the tasting list were absolutely terrible. Only two wines tasted decent. While the building and view are nice, this place doesnt have much else going for it.

Never anything but an amazing time at Cana! We visited a little after they opened and now club members. Just left their pickup party and had a lovely day! Weather could not be better! Kid and dog friendly too! So happy to have locals running such a fine establishment.

It was a nice place with potential but the wines were rather lackluster. There wasnt one I would have wanted a full glass of. Perhaps worth a visit again in a few years when they start producing their own estate-grown wines.

Beautiful grounds, great wine, and knowledgeable/friendly staff. They had live music while I was there and are pet friendly, so I got to hang out with my wife and dog sipping on some excellent wine, enjoying the great view.

Fantastic wine, and great staff! This winery is a gem! We tasted their first harvest, and I can already tell that their next harvest will be even better! Seriously considering becoming a member! Give them a chance!

$10 for a tasting, you get to keep the glass. Their worst wine is still pretty decent. Gorgeous setting, perfect place to picnic with a glass of wine. Try the apple wine and the LA Marriage.

The people who work here are so helpful. I love this winery because it is a beautiful place with everything you could want in a winery. Also, love their selection of wines.

Poor customer service. Disappointed because the wine is okay. I would not recommend save your time and head to 50 West.
