a very nice mansion with a self guided tour. It was very beautiful and gave you a great sense of what life might have been like for the very rich a 100 years ago. The staff are there to answer any questions you may have and they obviously enjoy people and enjoy their "job." They will follow you around and answer any questions and give you the history, or they will leave you alone if you do not engage with them. Very nice!

Tour guides are full of info and so friendly! It was such a great experience stepping back in time here. The grounds are beautifully kept and the home is gorgeous. They just opened a new area (basement) and there is more to see! Well worth your time when you visit!

The original construction room was great. It says how well it was built, and how long it stood to no maintenance in a costal environment. The wood work is fantastic, and the guides know more than the audio tour. We turned off our audio tour and talked to the guides!!

A bueatful place from the floor to the walls to the door hinges. Wonderful place to vist full of rich texas history. Just to glimpse the days of past its just leaves you in a state of wonderment. And how life was. Got to vist it is a must when in Rockport Fulton....

Wonderful experience. They provide tablets for a guided tour. So much history and personal items. Really takes you back in time. A must see! Add this to your to do list while in the Corpus Christi area.

Gorgeous old mansion. Great town. Fulton should be a top ten stop for anyone on the Texas coastline. Be sure to have some oysters on the halfshell too. You wont regret it.

Very interesting historic site. We spent about 3 hours just hanging out. The staff is very knowledgeable. Bring food, theres a nice picnic area.
