This dog park is huge. Any breed is going to have plenty of space to stretch out. From the open field, to obstacles to tree covered area your dog will definitely find its niche. Exceptionally well maintained with a good number of people this is my absolutely favorite park. In addition to the large and small dog areas theres a dog wash area and a playground for the kids. Theres a rocky area at the entrance where they have a trough with water in it at times so if your best friend needs a dip they might get one whether you approve or not. Also a small drainage ditch with occasional water in it. So packing a towel might be a good idea. One note: its pretty deep into the neighborhood and the speed limit is 30 throughout. People do seem to absolutely respect it. Ive never seen police doing radar but I would assume they do.

Great dog park. Beautiful, huge open spaces for your dog to run and play with the other dogs. They also have some agility obstacles for your pet!!!! Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to welcome us as they knew that we were new here. I noticed several people at the wash station several times kept dumping the water trough and the pools and kept refilling them to keep the water fresh and clean wich was awesome I thought. Great place, Chief and I will be back for sure!!!!

Is big and good place to take your dog. But they have two buckets full of water and dogs get inside of them the water inside most of the time is dirty. Once my dog drink water from them I tried to stopped him but I couldnt stop him on time and he get sick I had to take him several times to the veterinary. Was really expensive.

Ive been to tons of parks around the metroplex, and this is one of my favorites. Not only are the people that frequent this park typically very friendly and responsible in controlling their dogs, but its a great space, with plenty of trees as well as some agility equipment. My Doberman, Jax, and I love it!

Clean, consistently mowed, and always has plenty of other dogs to socialize with. My Sadie Linn LOVES coming to Freedom. Also, the new maintenance days are Tuesdays AND Thursdays, so the park will be closed on those days.

The park was huge and had even a bathing area for if your dogs get muddy and a little water fountain for the dogs to drink out of. There were also tons of huge, tall trees for lots of shade.

The website said the park was open today, but it was closed. Disappointed as my dog was all excited and it took a lot to get him back in the car. Sad.

Great place, the hours changed in May 2016 so now the day of the week that the park is closed is Thursday. And open normal hours on Tuesday.
