Texas has thousands of acres of land that are available for hunting. I researched all info I could find & was confused about how the process worked. My visit to this location was to get a better understanding of what my son & I would need to participate. The lady that spoke with me seemed to be bothered by my basic questions. She kept referring to a book that cost $42 each time I asked a question. Each answer to my basic questions was, " Sir that information is in the book if you would like to buy a copy". I tried to explain to her if she could answer these 2 or 3 questions, I could decide if I wanted to invest in the buying the book. I finally gave up & walked out.. The only knowledge I acquired was buy a book for $42.

I made a visit to this location today 2-17-16 and was lucky to have Marianne help me out. I was "that guy" that showed up right as the doors were opening but she did not mind at all, I have been places as the doors opened in the morning and felt like a burden upon them... From what I could tell all the ladies here were very pleasant. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to take care of Parks & Wildlife issues, I will definitely go back and take doughnuts for my next early morning visit..

Apparently Google reviews has no microphone but I guess thats a different review all together but my reviews really question from someone from Georgia who used to live in the Smoky Mountains what is this animal thing in Fort Worth cuz I just cant imagine theyre being any wild animals here and I drive past the exit every day to work is it like a museum cuz Im really looking for a place for me my to hike a little bit and jump in some cold water is this the place for me

As a business manager isnt it time consumer when you come here in the first place? Yes! But then you are helped by an employee who blatantly complained about having to help you in the first place and then purposely takes her time to complete the task. Wow......never coming to the this location ever again. Definitely needs to learn to respect other peoples time.

Absolutley NOTHING wrong here. At all, if you are properly prepared with the correct forms, that are filled out, and read about how to do certain transactions before expecting tue staff to think for you.

Very nice lady at the counter, location sucks cause i live in lewisville but the drive was not that bad. 1.5 hours round trip, 830-10
