Chisholm Park is packed with features and is a great family oriented park that is well maintained by the city. It has 3 different playgrounds, one intended for those aged 5-12, and 2 for those aged 2-5 (one adjacent to the baseball fields located on the far backside of the park). The pond is kept stock with fish and fishing is allowed. Theres a large number of ducks and geese that can be found in the area. There are paved walking trails, which are stroller friendly. Theres a large number of picnic tables scattered throughout the park, and hundreds of trees that help to provide shade. During the summer months theres a comprehensive aquatics center with pool, and a set up like a water park with several water slides, water play park, lazy river and more. There are 3 basketball hoops available outside for games. Theres also the baseball diamonds although those fields are set aside specifically for league play. There are a few covered pavillions hosting at least 4 picnic tables that can be reserved through the city for any planned gatherings. The park does feature public restroom facilities. For Pokémon Go enthusiasts, the park is home to at least 3 PokéGyms and around a dozen PokéStops.

This is the perfect park, very peaceful & something for everyone. Theres a huge playground for kids, divided into two sections. Smaller playground equipment for smaller lids, 5 & younger. Larger equipment for kids 6 to 12. They also have some swings. Theres a nice bathroom beside the playground. Across from the playground area is a large pond with a walking track all the way around it. The pond is stocked with fish every Tuesday. There are lots of ducks & birds, they love bread....my favorite park. I drive all the way from Arlington just to go here. Check it out.

Chisholm Park in Hurst is a nice park with a small pond. The pond has a fishing pier and is stocked at least annually. The pond has large mouth bass, various sunfish, and catfish. There is no swimming in the pond, but the Hurst aquatics center is within view of the park. The aquatics center does charge an admission fee of $1 for residents and $4 for non-residents at current. The park also has a playground for children.

Went with my kids to the recently renovated Chisolm Aquatic Center. Its a nice family water park though I prefer the one in Euless. My kids seem to like this one a little more only because they have 2 diving boards and a slide that drops you about 3 feet above the water. However, the lazy river has very little water flow. They have a decent snack bar with reasonable prices.

Huge park. I love the baby swing they have where you can sit in a seat and your baby across from you and swing with your baby. I have 4 small children and they love this park. They have a basketball court in the back, ducks and a lake, awesome walking trails. Only 1 restroom towards the front of the park is the only down side

The soothing garden. The place is so beautiful and the presence of the the ducks in the pond makes it feel so natural, that it is very difficult to express in words. Go for a walk, read a book, do fishing, feed the ducks, play with children or just meditate watching the ducks float on the waters. Just experience it once.

Fun place, a lot of people always arpund to chat with. This place hosts a nice little pond, and a slightly larger then average water park. There are places to play soccer and football, but as far as I know there are several things lacking (Tennis courts, Frisbee area, baseball area, and the such), but its not bad.

Visited this place while dog-sitting a pair of large pups. Its very clean and seems quite expansive. I only wish there was a dog run, or at least signs for one for pedestrians with dogs to make their way over to. I asked another park-goer if there was one, and he said no. A dog run would be very nice!

I love this park. They have a fish pond where you can fish from and they have a fishing derby. Lots of playground equipment, picnic tables and grills. There is also a public restroom. My kids enjoy this park. There is also a water park that has an admission for Hurst residents and non-residents.

Love me some Chisholm Park! I go regularly to walk the dogs. Its spacious to accommodate so many activities without feeling smothered. I would like to see that other visitors would appreciate it as much as me and pick up their trash!

Recently went there for my nieces first birthday. The park was beautiful and big. It even has a water park with slides. The only real issue was the lack of restrooms. They were too far and apart.

Lovely place to walk the dog. Theres fishing at the pond, kids playground, water park, lots of open space. A great place to take the family, or just have a solitary walk around with the dog.

This is a great park.I had a firend that pass away.fiends of his had a celebration of life for him there.small problem the only bathrooms are about quarter mile away for the the previllion.

From out of town and needed a park to bring my son. This park is awesome. Wish we had a park this nice back home. Lot of shade, nice playground and ducks to feed. Everyone had a great time.

Its a nice place for jogging. It has a pond that people were fishing there. There is track all around the park and some simple exercise equipments are placed on the side of the track.

2 different playgrounds for the different aged kids I have, lots of ducks to feed bread to, and plenty of nice walking paths. Great park, and in the summer it has the water park too!

Nice park with BBQ grills, and some pretty good fishing. Watch out for the trees above your head. Their pretty good at eating tackle. Weve caught plenty of Catfish and Sunfish here.

Great park. Lots of shade, waterpark is big for a ballpark facility. Plenty of rest spots to set up for a picnic. Best place we have been to for a girls fastpitch tournament.

Its close to home, dog friendly & the lake is beautiful. U can also fish there. Plus they have some great walking trails & a water park. Its a great place to relax& destress.

There was dead turtles and fishes on the side of the pond. Wtf this is a childrens place, they can just walk up and grab the dead fishes and turtles that may have diseases.

The best park in Bedford. Running trails (containing Ramon exercise platforms) , pond contains fish and ducks, swimming pool, picnic tables, bbqs, and covered perogalas.

great park, very big and clean. Has multiple tables but not two close by for a decent party. Doesnt have a pavilion. The kids love the ducks and there are even turtles.

Very nice place to go with the family to kill a few hours and have fun. The prices were not bad and the place was very clean with a lot of lifeguards so that was cool

Fun nice big park with a lot going on. Water park and huge pond. Saw multiple types of large waterfowl. Great spot to walk around and good sites for outdoor events.
