Worst golf experience ever......club corp in general isnt the most pleasant to begin with however this course has by far the rudest staff ever.....Ive played several rounds at this course and complained about the rate of play to no avail but this last round after finally getting a foursome together so we could play more to the pace of the course......we were harrassed on several occasions.....mind you we finished at 4 hours and 20 minutes with well over 20 minutes being spent explaining to their staff that we we right on pace......by far the biggest bunch of ********** Ive ever dealt with while trying to play golf.

A lot has changed since Cannongate purchased Lake Windcrest. Great people running the place. Course is in wonderful condition. Only criticism I have is the practice area is always on the mats. Go to the other end for grass. Check it out. Youll like it.

The management is horrible here and I do not recommend this course. The 13th green has sand on it and is completely unplayable. (8/05/17) find somewhere else to play, its in your best interest if you are a serious/semi-serious golfer.

A challenging golf course very well maintained. Very friendly staff. Cannongate management is doing a good job. Played May and June of 2012. Again plan to spend some weeks of golf at this and other golf courses managed by Cannongate

We love being members here. The course is excellent with lots of variations that make playing fun. The service in the pro shop is impeccable. The restaurant staff create a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!
