This casino is so disappointing. I trip on the tiled floor, the tiles arent level. Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen. The young girls, supposedly are cocktail waitresses, have once again made to dress in black outfits that arent very attractive. Why make them wear that? The casino isnt very classy and you missed the target with those outfits. Give them sporty outfits that doesnt make those pretty young girls look that way. And they no longer have them pushing a cart with soda pop. They now have to go back and forth if they ask what youd like to drink and they dont have what you want, then they have to make a long trip to the bar to get it. I dont think this is right. I am sure they dont get much in tips. I just hope they pay them more than $3 and change. Most gamblers have their money in the machine and wouldnt tip anyways. Thats what I see....they dont tip. I have asked them for coffee sheepishly because then they have to make a special trip. I liked it better the other way with a cart that has everything on it. And its easier for them. Who thought of this? YOURE NOT A REAL CASINO. Or so you claim. Its an entertainment center. Bull crap. Its not fair to these young ladies. I hope you change it back to the convenient way to get a soda pop or coffee. Its a wanabe casino and its not a good payout. I limit my visits...what else is there to do in El Paso. And I do tip the cashiers and the cartless cocktail waitresses. I believe in reciprocity. Too bad they dont improve everything it should be. Speaking Rock....be a better provider to the customer and the workers. Be a better employer. One thing I do love is its smoke free in the majority of the casino.

Pues nos gustaba ir a divertirnos mas cuando tenían los shows para la televisión claro que va uno a jugar un rato pero antes de vez en cuando una ganaba aunque sea poquito o se divertia pero desde sus remodelaciones no paga lo que es nada otra cosa vamos mucha gente grande con diabetes y muchas veces las mesetas no tienen agua gente que asistimos en silla de ruedas y nada mas las cajas del frente abiertas. Piensen hay mucha gente grande que va y deja sus cheques hay para que no le ofrezcan agua o se les abran una caja mas comoda

I usually make it a point to support Speaking Rock and all its activities, but yesterday we had our first bad experience. After enjoying drinks and a concert, we ordered Mexican food from the kitchen. We got 2 out of 3 gordita plates in a fairly normal manner. Several customers had come and gone in the meantime. Almost 30 minutes later, the third plate still hadnt come out. Wife asked to get her money back. A rude guy named Nathan came out in a disgruntled fashion. The normal leader wouldve said, "I am sorry,I will personally make sure youre next mam". When I stepped in and asked him what had happened, he said this was normal and "you got your money back". I asked to speak to a manager, he said "I am the supervisor here" and went about his business in the same angry, unprofessional fashion exhibited earlier. Talk about somebody letting a little power go to his head. Somebody get this dude some customer service skills, please.

Speaking Rock hides the facts on how to get VIP tickets. When I informed someone how to get one on their facebook page, my comment was deleted. I guess they have something to hide! Heres how to get a VIP ticket: You have to be a member of an Indian tribe, or invited by a member of an Indian tribe. Very unfair because there is a military base here. For the 2 maybe 3 years that were here we dont get to go VIP unless we seek out a member of a tribe to befriend. IMHO thatd be rude of us. I waited almost 20years to see a certain band, all I wanted to do was have my pic taken with the singer, but I couldnt because even if I offered $100 I couldnt get VIP. And when theyre asked on how to get VIP tickets, they wont tell you! I investigated it myself. Its great that its free (for general admission), but Id rather pay to go to a place that isnt racist.

The head of security sure does take his job seriously for being nothing more than a glorified babysitter. My parents love going to the tribute concerts on Thursdays and have gone for years. I came with them today and weve been constantly harassed since we got here. He was upset that a group of grown, paying customers didnt want to be confided to one 4 seater table. Dont worry though!! If you know him, you can save all the tables you want! I watched him talk to a couple that was saving 2 tables, but since the 3 of us dont him we had to sit at one table. His name is Jojo and hes pathetic and has absolutely no customer service skills. Thats probably the reason hes not in any type of real law enforcement.

Called to find out about slot machines and if they have game king. Pressed zero and asked operator who seemed like she didnt know the answers she simply transferred me somewhere without asking and transferred me to employees call-out line! Now when I call back it just rang and rang. I called again then she picks up and I hear the phone scrambling and transferred me back to the employee line. Now when I call no answer! Just needed a simple question answered and this operator is too lazy to findout! Very shady .. bad news already! I recommend just going to sunland park! Shame on speaking rock!

They renovated which looks nice, but its like they dont care about their employees. They have bartenders that dont know what they are doing, literally machines dont pay, half the time dont work ,the tribute bands are fantastic, they put in a Starbucks thats half dont have all the drinks, they need top dip a little more on having employees that enjoy their job and are not just there top do their job make it good for them i know employees that like it there and some that are just there. Good bosses happy employees bad bosses or dont care boss sad employees. Just what i have seen

Es un buen lugar para divertirse, con una gran cantidad de máquinas y juegos. La instalaciones son amplias, cómodas y tienen varios estacionamientos gratuitos. Lo mejor son los tributos en vivo que tienen cada semana a grandes artistas, el acceso es libre y el sonido es de la mejor calidad.

This people in the speaking rock casino they are very rude first and last time I come to this want to be casino I prefer sundland casino
