The only reason I am not giving this place a 1 STAR is because I have to give an extra star for the Live music which was pretty decent. But the atmosphere and the service was horrible. My boyfriend and I were not greeted and had to eventually sit at a booth in which was NOT cleaned. This place is disgusting! I couldnt imagine EVER ordering food here at this dive, and who knows what the kitchen looks like here, YIKES! We couldnt even put our elbows or hands on ANYTHING let alone the table where people eat off of because of how dirty everything is. The tables and ceilings have etched in writing that is so hard to make out and just looks like scribbles everywhere with random letters from countless people and gum stuck everywhere. We were not helped until we had to physically get up and find a bar tender who was rushed himself and could not help us. Eventually we found another bartender who had bad customer service skills herself and finally after about 20 minutes from first walking in, we received our drinks in a small plastic cup. $15 for 2 TINY drinks. NO THANKS. F- rating for this place. Never AGAIN.

Live music. Good atmosphere. A little loud. My big knock on this place is the service. Felt bad, but they really need more waiting staff and bartenders. Open tables were not bussed and we had to stand for 10 minutes till we finally decided to bus our own table. Did not take our food order for twenty minutes and the table next to us said they had been waiting for their food for 40 minutes. There was a pile of food at the window waiting to be served, but the waitresses just kept walking right by it. The food sounded good, but we left with empty stomachs. Very disappointing.

My wife has been talking about this place for a couple of years from something she had read. So, on our trip through Colorado I took her for a late lunch and beers. The place has character. Bras, etc. hanging on the stage, tables and bar was about like any you would see in a joint. Live music was good, not too loud for an afternoon crowd. The food was good and tasty, we had just your basic burgers, fries and beer Service was quick once we entered, but, was slow as time went by. Parking for motorcycles was convenient.

So, I suspect this place is so well known and they get enough walk-in business that they dont care about their food quality and service. Like a lot of reviews Ive seen, I sat at the bar trying to get the bartenders attention today for 20 minutes before she even made eye contact or acknowledged me. Im sorry, but no well-established place is so cool that they should completely give up on the concept of customer service. Lame! Food was also not good. Their green chile is not green chile.

A fun dirty little bar with great music. Dropped by and saw a great band on Friday night. I guess the dozen or so people in there all had to pay the $6 cover, maybe this was the reason the place was empty and the place next door was packed? Drinks are cheap if you want to tote them, but dont expect anyone to ask you if you want anything. (Hint: this is a big money maker in most bars, maybe a cocktail waitress is worth investing in)

Came in at noon on a Thursday, we were the only ones there, and the food was terrible. The burgers were overdone, had no seasoning to speak of, and they came with overdone onion rings that just tasted like burnt breading. The only good that was palatable was the Fish and Chips. I would stay away and find a better restaurant in Evergreen, or at least come later at night when they hopefully have a better cook.

This place is known for the atmosphere & live bands, the food is not! Eat before you come. Had the burger, just OK. The fries were horrible, soggy & gray in color. Looks like they were handcut, but maybe the fry oil needed to be changed. Husband had the fish & chips, same disappointment. Wont be back to eat, maybe to have a drink & watch live music.

Went here and they had a under age kid and kicked everyone out cause they didnt like how we talked. What a joke. If you have a kid at your place at 7 at night at a bar and complain how we talk after a rodeo! Kick rocks never spend another dime at this Crack pot

Ive been coming to this little dive of a restaurant since I was a kid. Its always provides cheap beer, some live entertainment. One tip I can pass along is make sure you bring along a sweater/ jacket to wear inside. For whatever reason, it is always cold.

A nice ride to Evergreen isnt complete without a meal stop at Little Bear, if you havent been there, its a great place to kick back, enjoy a refreshing Brew, a nice burger, beer batter onion rings, live music and amazing ambiance. Next ride check it out.

Girlfriend and I came to see The Nadas Here, didnt know of this groovy place until looking at their website! Great quick food, cool bar tenders, but best of all, we felt the security at this place are the nicest in the live music industry! a must visit!

Im not a picky person when it comes to food, but for what it cost I was pretty disappointed. The service was terrible and it is very dirty. The reason for 2 stars is that the live music there was pretty outstanding. I wont be back though.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Visited from Alabama, had the most fun I have had in months. If you want a great place to hear great music and dance then this is your place! Most of the crowds was early fortys, but us twenty somethings fit right in.

A dirty little bar, not a place for food. The $11 burger is served on paper plates and draft beer comes in a solo cup. Great for a party in your backyard but not from a business establishment. The service was very good though.

I loved this place! We are in town from St. Louis and my husband has been talking about Little Bear for 10 years. Well I finally came to Colorado and saw for myself. The food was great and the service was friendly! Thank you!!

Classic little mountain town bar. Only 30 minutes or so outside of Denver this is a great place to grab a drink and listen to live music. Dont forget to ask for a marker to sign your name, or add a dollar bill to the walls!

Incredibly fun spot to see live music. Carve your name in the wall, table, or post and leave your mark. A blend of locals, hipsters, and everything in between. We always go to see The Nadas when they are in town.

Little Bear is a great local pub with live entertainment. I visited them a few weeks back and saw the band Open Space and they put on a great show. I will definitely visit again. I highly recommend it.
