Awful. Broken boiler and no hot water, but they dont mention it to you when you check in. Guess its "charming" and "historic" to take a cold shower. Terrible customer service and LOUD. I was woken up at 1 am by noise the Club crowd downstairs...EVEN WHILE I WAS WEARING EAR PLUGS! I cannot wait to get out of this place. It has ruined my first Tucson experience and I will never come back.

Too hot, too crowded, and the bartender couldnt even be bothered to walk to the end of the bar, yelling at guests "youll get better service if you come down here".

I really like going here and the drinks are yummy. Only thing is their AC. It is an old building.

Club Congress is always a pleasant stroll thru Tucson and a mixed crowd during eventful nights!

Almost every time I went there the place was ok. I would usually hang out on the patio. Its ok.
