Its not even the sculptures that make this place do great, its the entire experience. First the building is a magnificent creation and utilization of space. That is one part that makes the experience, its not crowded and your able to easily navigate between at pieces and exhibit rooms. The building has such a bright and modern look a very timeless design with much function. What the museum lacks in number of sculptures it easily makes up for in the experience. The entire campus gives you such a calm feeling as if you have found your own piece of serenity in a mob of a concrete downtown. The courtyard is also well designed and leads the viewer toward the rear of the yard before you know it. Most sculptures are iron and bronze and display an excellent showing of geometric shapes and sizes. If I lived in Dallas I would buy a membership just to sit and relax! I say its a must see!

I did find the guards to be a little creepy. I dont like that i was basically stalked and followed all around the inside of the museum like I was a suspect. If not for that I would give four stars. The sculptures were great, and the garden was serene and cozy. I liked the gift shop. The selection of items in the store was unexpected, in a good way. Prices in the gift shop were unexpected, in a bad way. Way too steep for most I am sure. Entry into the museum is free the 1st Saturday of the month, a welcome bonus. Pick a beautiful morning and go alone. Take it all in and enjoy some quiet time.

Love this place as a whole, but dont expect customer service, courtesy or any sort of respect from thier staff over the phone. Could have gotten more personality and better responses from a robot. Called 12/27 at 4:08 to ask about events and closing times and have an awful taste in my mouth after speaking with him. Ive had better phone calls with Walmart...

Its better than Ive ever been able to enjoy it. If I could spend a few hours here, in contemplation, I know Id appreciate it more. But Im always in and out with places to go and things to see and people to meet. I cant be the only one. Maybe if the admission price came with a shock collar that wouldnt let you leave for a set amount of time.

A must see experience of wonderful contemporary sculptures and art, with a large outdoor green space, café, and modern design. Great museum store full of unique gifts, keepsakes and books. Staff is very knowledgeable and the exhibits change regularly so you never know what youll see when you visit. Highly recommended.

I visit the place on Saturday because its free on the first Saturday of the month. I highly suggest you take advantage because the regular $10 fee is too much. The center is small but is well maintained. Interesting sculptures in the lawn and also inside.

The sculptures were fantastic & I highly reccomend them, however I had a horrible "encounter" (for lack of a better term) with one of the extremely rude guards. She simply ruined my whole experience. I do reccomend the center for the sculptures alone.

Beautiful grounds with permanent sculptures outside - unique exhibits including stone - metal - glass sculptures - artists showcase and events. Restaurant on location serving lunch and coffee with outdoor patio by water fountain - amazing experience

Really unique sculpture garden and displays. Take the time to walk the garden and look at all the sculptures. There are a few displays inside the building as well. Go to the basement, there is a very unique Women Soldier display there.

We attended their Target First Saturday event for kids, and our son had a great time. He also enjoyed walking around and looking at the different exhibits. The museum overall is very relaxing and peaceful.

If you love art and are very liberal in the description of the word art you may love this place. Not the greatest if you have young children along as they are not allowed to run, not even in the grass.

We try to do at least 4 to 5 free first Saturdays every year. My daughter and I have been doing this since she was 3 and we love it. They have taken a couple of events off their schedule which is sad.

Truly one of the contemporary worlds architectural gems. Such a pleasant space and the art is always pleasing and satisfying. Renzo pianos architecture is exemplified idyllically, here.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. I absolutely think this place is not worth your money. The sculptures are not even impressive. Dont go and waste your money here. You WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Best sculpture museum in the US. Beautiful gardens to tour or attend an event. Children love to visit and take classes. World famous and in the heart of the Dallas Cultural Center.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here, as others have noted, this garden is kind of small, but it works! This exhibit is in my opinion better if you have time to sit and soak it all in.

This place was the worst place I have ever been to, the sculptures literally did not make any sense and the descriptions for the sculptures were even worse. AIDS.

A fascinating experience. While not a terribly large Museum, the exhibits are thoughtful, imaginative and beautiful. I found it a very calming experience.

Nice enough place for a short visit. Not too much to see and do really. Recommend visiting on the first Saturday of the month to avoid the admission fee.
