This was a great experience for a first timer like me. This was our final stop after taking a long coast line Highway 1 drive from the Fresno Area. My sig other surprised me with this museum because he knows the big Disney fanatic I am. It was a nice little venture coming here and seeing the history of how it all began. My favorite part was the miniature figurines and the miniature Disneyland layout as well as the first drawings of some of my favorite cartoon movies.Side note: Not a place for kids. This is a museum not an amusement park. Eat before, they only have a coffee shop and parking may be difficult depending on the time of day.Overall, I had a great time learning, poo-ING and hah-ING at all the very cool things to see here. Will definitely bring my older kids in the near future!

I have six children and we attended the museum on a home school field trip. I cannot praise the museum highly enough! We were given an amazing tour on the childrens level (many of them are 2nd grade and under) and were treated with a level of kindness and consideration that was above and beyond. The staff at the museum were amazingly informative and helpful. The exhibits are set up well and the children loved how "close" they got to be to history. The class on air foils and building airplanes was phenomenal! They loved building their airplanes and watching them fly. The indoor flight themed playground was a huge hit as well. We could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend it! Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.

Great museum! Parents and kids can have lots of fun there. It is also a great place to host a birthday party. My daughter recently had her 5th birthday party there. The invited kids and their parents were given access to the entire museum but mostly the kids ended up playing in the kids area and near the Southwest plane. We were allowed to bring any food we wanted and they did all the cleaning up at the end. It is a great alternatives to the more mainstream indoor playground places for a birthday party with a slight educational twist!

Frontiers of Flight is by far the BEST venue yet that Cheer 4 Your Life, a non-profit organization, has hosted its annual "Its a Jungle Out There" benefit. Anne-Marie Evans, Director of Operations, was more than accomadating and an absolute gem to work with and the lovely man that managed the venue that evening, BOB, was exceptional! I highly recommend using this beautiful, beautiful facility. Thank you for taking care of us!! Leslie Madden, Cheer 4 Your Life 2016 Event Co-Chair & Board of Directors

Un musée de cette importance doit figurer comme module ou cours dans les écoles du monde entier. Laviation a une histoire il faut la connaître en vertu du principe de laccès au savoir pour tous.

This museum is great for the price. They have a lot of displays with great information and the volunteers there are also great. When I first walked in, one of the volunteers greeted me and gave me a brief overall layout of the museum and told me of the unique displays in the museum. If youre into the history of airplanes or have kids who love planes, this is a good place to visit.

When I visited in 2006, I remember being thoroughly fascinated by the scope of the exhibit. I have seldom seen the aircraft on display in other aviation museums. Live action displays brought the past to life. The friendly volunteer staff of senior flying veterans provided narratives on request, giving a sense of authenticity seldom found in museums of any kind.

Fantastic museum with a wide variety of aircraft on display. The museum does a thorough job of detailing the history of flight throughout the years. Extremely friendly staff (mostly retired military airmen) that are willing to share their experiences and their love for aviation. Also a great historical display of Southwest Airlines and even has the first 737-300.

Had a 2 hour wait before my flight, so I went here to kill some time. Self-guiding my own trip, I found myself getting sucked into the history. It reminded me of all the good times I spent as a kid building model planes. If you have extra time, and like aviation, I recommend it! Plenty of information, and great collection of actual planes to see up close.

A real hidden gem of Dallas. The kids (age 3-7) enjoyed walking in the Southwest planes and some of the cockpit displays, then played on the play area while the parents took turns looking at more of the really displays. History of aviation, some Apollo stuff including a capsule, lot of planes hanging from the ceiling, and much more. A fun day for all.

飛行機が好きな人にオススメですね。個人的には、「空飛ぶパンケーキ」と「倉庫に突っ込んでいる旅客機」が面白い。 また、キッズコーナーもあるので、家族で見るのもアリかも。

This is the BEST place for a young childs birthday party!! We celebrated my daughters 4 year old birthday in the Coca-Cola room and it was a hit! Everyone had such a great time. The play area for the kids is spacious and clean. The adults walked around and took pictures at the museum! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
