My friend and I experienced Dallas Segway Tours this past week (April 2017), and it was amazing! The staff was wonderful to work with and were very patient, for the nervous novice I was. They made you feel safe, provided: water; ear buds for riding tips, tour info and for good photo opps; and Cindy blocked traffic for the entire group at all intersections. Cindy gave us time for photos and even took pics for us giving everyone in the group personal attention to make their experience memorable. I would highly recommend seeing the city with Cindy!!

Great tour. A friend and I wanted to try a Segway for something different to do, so we signed up for a tour of the downtown area. We really enjoyed it. They started with 10 minutes of instruction and then off we went. The Segways were easy to ride, and we got to see so much more than if we were on a walking tour. The guide stopped at a lot of places of interest in Dallas and told us some of the history of the various locations. It was a great way to spend an afternoon, and I highly recommend it.

My granddaughter and I booked a city tour with Dallas Segway yesterday and we had a wonderful time -- it was great fun, and educational.as well Our guide, Cyndi, made sure we could handle our Segways properly before we got started. On the tour she kept us informed, interested, entertained and safe from Dallas traffic. I can heartily recommend this company, and I plan to do the Katy Trail tour with my wife in the near future.

We called to book a time they told us tours run 10:30, 1:30 and 3:30. We then showed up at 3:10 and had to call because no one was there. They gave the 3:30 tour early and were done for the day. Very disappointed, so we called segway nation and they had 3 more tours on a sunday. Segway nation is the only way to go!!!!

Had such a wonderful experience on our segway tour!! I had a group of 12 family members ranging in age from 15 to 60 and all loved it!! The tour guides were so friendly, informative and made everyone feel very comfortable! Would highly recommend !!

for the price.. it is better than watching avatar in IMAX-3D. Call it Dallas on Segway. They teach you how to ride a Segway.. they show you almost entire Dallas downtown... I totally liked it.. best city tour I ever had so far...

Its the best way to get to know all attractions in the area in a short period of time, learn more the history about each place and have fun riding a Segway. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Loved it. Fantastic. Very informative. Great way to see the city, fresh air, easy way to absorb information. Lots of fun, and great having the locals smile and say hi as we zoom past.
