It’s convenient and for the most part clean. Their popcorn is not popped on site and they often give me lots of the crumbs that fall to the bottom. They should schedule showtimes around the schedules of the majority of people. Most kids get out of school at 2:45, so more shows should start between 12 & 12:30 so that parents that either stay at home or have a day off can go while the kids are at school. The sinks in the bathroom have no strainers and the water just gushes out like crazy all over the sinks leaving no dry place to lay down a purse or phone while we wash hands. The hand sanitizer outside of the bathrooms are often empty and a soap dispenser in the ladies room has been broken for months. Employees need to check the temperature in the theatres more often as I am often having to ask them to cool it down because they don’t adjust it when the temperature outside changes. They don’t play many of the movies that I like so I have to drive to The Greenhills theatre and Belcourt quiet often. It would be great if employees did regular pop-ins and make sure people are not on their cell phones while the movie is playing. Some of the concessions are WAY over priced - small water bottle is $4. they do have $5. kids meals but you must ask for the plain kids meal or they automatically upgrade you to the fancy kids meal for $6.25 (you may $1.25 extra for some dumb topper to a plastic cup). I go very often because it’s close to home and I enjoy movie going, but Belcourt shows better movies and are very strict about people using cell phones while the movie is playing. They also pop their own popcorn.

First off the customer service is horrible. My son wanted a dippin dots and it would not take our money so we pushed the return button and it only gave us what we thought was a quarter so we went to concessions and the guy said they could not give us our money back. We were told to call the number on the side of the machine and we found that it was a sex line. We went back to the guy and asked for a manager and dissent get one. I asked my son if he wanted something else and he said whoppers we paid for the whoppers then found out they did dent have any. We asked for another manager ( still didd not get them) . So we got an icee and they asked for 75 cents more. We gave them 3 quarters and we found out one "quarter" was a dollar coin. So we just used that and got 25 cents back. By the time this happens the movie starts and we are almost late. Overall the coustomer service see are just horrible. I think Ill stick to carmike cinemas.

Movie was fine and seats were comfortable. I bought tickets on my phone before the show. As Im approaching the ticket desk, the young man at the counter--without greeting us or anything--says, "You cant have backpacks in here." Confused I looked at my sling-type purse I carry on a daily basis and told him it wasnt a backpack. He refused to let us get our tickets unless my bag was returned to the car. I understand no backpacks is a safety issue, but Malco, please make sure your employees are consistent across the board. It wasnt a backpack and there was no problem with women carrying purses twice the size of my sling-type bag. Upon exiting after the movie, I see several others carrying the same type of bags into other theaters. Overall bad customer service--young man was very rude.

On 3/31/16, a young man in his early 20s bought a ticket to see the Superman v Batman movie (#8). At the time of his ticket purchase he was wearing a backpack. The employee at the ticket counter informed the young man that he could not come in with the backpack. The man proceed past the ticket counter anyway. The counter agent challenged the man and the man said that he would leave the pack in the lobby while in the movie. I made a point to watch the man. As soon as the agent returned to servicing other patrons, he retrieved his pack and entered the theater ... taking a seat in the top row. I informed the same ticket agent and he said he was aware but there was nothing he could do.

The popcorn gets "chewy" after just a few minutes. They just bring out bags from the back and I am not sure if they microwave it and sell it as fresh but its crap. I suppose if you dont mind unhealthy movie butter you could dress it up enough to eat. I am an avid moviegoer and the popcorn makes the experience even better. They are very limited on the pop selection. Just diet coke (the worst tasting diet soda) and no diet dew or anything. The lines are short, the theater is clean and the staff always is friendly. If you are just going to see a movie and dont need extras this is a perfect theater for you.

This is a great place to watch movies. They also have a little area with tables for you to sit and watch games or what have you well you either wait for a moving or wait for someone else to come out of a movie. If I go see a movie with my child and her and her friend goes to a different movie that sits in the area where I sit in the area and wait for them to come out. The prices are good but be aware that if you go see a 3D movie it will stick you in some very small theater. If Im going to see a movie I want to see it in that format not in some small tiny

I went on Saturday August 12, 2017 to see Annabelle in theater 14, came out start to itch, I had all these bites on my leg and arms. They have bed bugs hoping that none got in my car, had to wash everything and check my hair. Truly hate this happened the place is nice. I called and told the manger I am sure they didnt check theater. Be careful when you go there and check your seats. This experience has messed me up really bad it will be a long time if ever that I will go to a movie theater again.

Ive been to this theater countless times and I always find the staff to be helpful and kind :D The theater is clean and well kept. The staff go in the bathrooms and clean regularly even! I read many negative reviews when I came to the site just now and though I would never say they did not experience things that way .... I can only say that Im pleased to say that its been awesome for me and my family every time!

I will never visit this theater again we had to stand in line to wait to get in the movie we wanted to see, the when we go in there was no where to sit it was horrible! I went to get a refund, was given the choice to go to another showing which was just as bad had to sit on top of others and kids where out of control! And the popcorn and drinks were horrible I should have stuck with Regal
