The joint is clean, the staff is friendly, and the theaters contain a homey touch I just cant seem to put my finger on. But the real kicker lies in the unbelievable value. If you want a wonderful movie viewing experience that wont leave you having to sell your car, your house, your child, your hair, then stop by NCG and get the works. Free refills on everything, any size, at a beyond reasonable price that compels even the cheap-o tightwad "Ill perform the hemorrhoid operation on my daughter, myself, to save a nickel" skinflints out there to drop some coin. And on Tuesdays all candy, small drinks, and small popcorns are but a measly $2. Seriously. Stop reading and check out Neighborhood Cinema Group.

My husband found this theater while looking up showtimes for XMen. We live in Kentucky and this theater is about an hour drive, but its well worth it for us. The ticket prices are lower than most theaters weve been to. The drinks are self-serve, that means free refills. I am definitely in agreement with the other reviewer, the seats are totally comfortable. The screen is clear and the sound is crisp. And while there is a decent amount of moviegoers, its not overcrowded, the parking lot is a good size too. Also, again in agreement, the people are very nice.

The wait in line is always short if it exists at all. The seats are amazingly comfortable compared to the Regal and Carmike cinemas Ive gone to. The prices are low enough that my husband and I can go to a movie every month compared to twice a year with Regal. They have self-serve coke machines which helps with the line factor. There is also a seasoning station for your popcorn. We are so glad we found this place. We have a friend who goes to a matinee almost every week because its so affordable. The staff are friendly as well.

I love this theater. It is my most favorite to go to. It is always clean and the people are friendly. Getting thru the lines is quick which is great if your are in a hurry and dont want to miss the movie. The concessions are the best deal. I have 5 kids so as you can imagine going to the movies can be very expensive. To cut cost I buy the large popcorn and large drink which has free refills for $10. I take extra bowls and cups and divide it among them and then go back for seconds or thirds. We all eat for $10!!!!!

My husband and I live between the Hendersonville Regal cinema and NCG Cinema in Gallatin. While its closer for us to go to Regal, we OFTEN travel a bit further to enjoy the theaters at NCG. We LOVE the self serve drink machines and the prices are very fair. Staff is friendly and outgoing and make you feel at home. In fact, we are going there tonight to watch "The Finest hours"! Thank you NCG for creating a safe, fun environment for our family to enjoy!

Just having recently moved to this side of Nashville, we were torn between trying the Regal in Hendersonville and this NCG. We had only been to one other NCG (in Georgia) and it was pretty sweet so we decided on the NCG. Since we went during the day, tickets were only $6 a person (super hard to beat that anymore)! The concessions were affordable too and the seats in the auditorium were large and comfortable. Great experience! We will definitely return =)

Asked for unsalted popcorn, it was so stale was not edible,extreme amount of hills & stale taste, three it out as it gagged us. Wont allow a water cup brought in for a person with a medical condition..really? They could have supervised that we only got water instead of stalking us seniors to be sure we carried back out to our car, when we are barely able to walk.Will go the Hendersonville theatre next time we want to see a movie.

Nice, clean theater. Comfy seating, good views from the whole auditorium. This would be a 5-star review, but the loyalty program requires that users carry their actual plastic card in order to use the program. No one wants to carry a bunch of plastic cards - this is a short-sighted mess, made by the owners. A picture of the card should be enough to use the points program - get this right guys!

The last few times weve gone to watch a 3d movie we have noticed that the colors are not very vibrant. The Real3D is not RealGreat. Not sure why this is but would be curious to know if anyone else has experienced this. We will not pay for another 3D movie here but wont hesitate to see any other movie at this location. Prices are worth it just as long as its not 3D.

Most comfortable theater Ive been to in the Nashville area, if not ever!!! Youre not packed in like sardines and the seats are big and comfy! Plenty of leg room, too! Great concessions with free refills on sodas and popcorn (that you also get to butter yourself)! I tend to drive a little out of my way just for the experience!!!

Hands-down my favorite movie-plex. Best price and free refills. Love the open design so your not all herded one way or another through so many sets of doors like you are at many other theaters (only to find that most of the doors are locked). Friendly staff, plenty of theaters so plenty of choices. Tuesday discounts.

Great Movie venue, my favorite. Must have recently upgraded seating, new seats are plush and even more comfortable than previous. Free refills on large popcorn and drinks!. Just watched Rouge One and just as impressed as always. Only improvement, add paper towels to restrooms. Venue is always well staffed and clean.

This is my main theater...tickets are the cheapest in the area. The seats are spacious and comfy and brand new!! The theater is always clean and the there is drink stations with a million diff choices and there is a butter station with toppings for your popcorn plus free refills!!!! Love this place for any movie!!

Ive been coming to NCG with my husband for years now. We love going to the movies. My only complaint is lately the theater has not been the cleanest. There is a mess almost every time we go and there is a stale odor in the carpets and seats. We really love going here, just wish it was cleaner.

The Tuesday matinees are a regular "date" for my husband and I. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms are never clean when we arrive or leave. There is always paper on the floor and toilets that have not been flushed and/or cleaned. Kind of gross.

I was disappointed that they would not give complimentary water due to being able to buy drinks and get free refills. Also, they charged my friend for her 2 year old who doesnt even weigh enough to sit in his own seat. Other theatres have not done this at all.

Best Movie Theater Ever.Love this place.Its a bit hard to find if you dont know where it is. Its a great movie going crowd..Everyone from Ky to Nashville comes here..the Seats are comfortable..the food is not expensive. .The movies are great..Love it.

Amazing PLUS! They have always been amazing, now they have updated their seating to oversized super comfy theater chairs with massive arm rests. There is NO reason to go anywhere else. Oh yeah, and as always, they have the BEST popcorn on the planet!
