THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER 1. The bike broke down within the first five minutes and we were stuck at a construction site for 48 minutes exactly. 2. As we waited my friend started dancing and the women said she needed to sit down so my friend was like Im just trying to make the best of the situation and then asked how much longer it would be because they didnt tell us anything as to what was going on she then said my friend has a bad attitude and that "we cant have people with bad attitudes on the bike" my friend then started crying because she completely embarrassed my friend who didnt even have a bad attitude we were just trying to have fun. 3. We thought we would be biking the whole time but 4 of the 8 of my group had to sit in the back bench where you dont bike they said we would switch halfway but they didnt make any of the other groups switch so it was just my group that had to sit on the back bench the whole time. 4. They said my one friend was too drunk and said she had a drinking problem and that she was a "red flag"? 5. They told us if we really want a song to be played slipping them a $20 will get it played, like uh we already payed $42.50 each to sit on a bench for an hour and 45 minutes Im not slipping you a $20 for a song. 6. They tried making us feel bad by talking about how they have 3 kids and then after they tell us this he says "ok now everyone can say awwwwww" like Im sorry you had 3 kids before you were 25 and now you have to drive a bike for a living but your not making me want to tip you any more. 7. When we stopped for a bathroom break we had ten minutes and they didnt even stop anywhere near a place to use the bathroom and didnt tell us a place to go. 8. After the worst hour and a half experience as we get off they say to my friend who they made cry "did you see the tip container?" We started laughing. These workers were so rude and made what could have been a fun experience terrible-worst part of our trip. Btw the bike driver had the long brown hair with 3 kids and the women bartender had the short blonde wavy hair. Jess and Ryan.

SCAMMERS! we called to try and change our time NOT CANCEL because there was a severe weather warning of tornadoes in the area. The wind and rain was out of control there was no way to ride the bikes, so we called to see if there was a later time. We were told earlier that day if the weather was severe, they would refund our money. During the hour that the weather was severe, NO ONE answered the phone so we left a message. Finally after the weather when it was drizzling we received the call back with someone questioning where we were. ??? We were told to get to the place so we got a Lyft right away. Still drizzling. One guy was requesting a refund and the manager told him he could not cancel unless there was lightning and they finally compromised to give him 50% off and wouldnt let him ride. How is it that the news and all of our phones are giving severe weather warnings yet the manager decides what is severe? We asked for ponchos, which they sell and they said they ran out earlier that week. Our ride was scheduled for 4:20pm ....the bike wasnt ready until 4:40 and we were out by 4:50. We were supposed to stop at a few bars and grab drinks ....they only stopped once for a short bathroom break and our ride ended at 6:05pm. They completely shorted us. Everyone we dealt with was rude and short. The girls operating our bike were fun and did a good job but I would honestly not recommend using this company. They are unprofessional, rude and totally unprepared. STAY AWAY!

Had a good time with this. Few notes: Firstly - Sign the online waiver BEFORE you go. Everyone needs to do this. Yes you have to peddle. The driver has a golf cart engine and if no one peddles you don not really move. There is a seat on the back that can fit up to 4 people if you dont want to do anything but drink. It is BYOB. We got beer from an Exxon Station just over the Pedestrian Bridge and right after Nissan stadium. It is all about the group you are with, so large partys are cool but if you go with just another person there is a chance you get out with a less fun crowd. The seats are not comfortable. The bartender keeps your cups full the entire time. I will definitely do this again but try to go back with a bigger group.

SUPER FUN EXPERIENCE!!! The staff must deal with LOT of ridiculous people because they speak to you like you are a petulant child. None of us really appreciated the very long speech at the beginning since we are all 30+ and consider ourselves to be semi-respectable. Think about the youre gunna have a bad time guy. Apart from the aggressive condescension it was a TOTAL blast. Our driver and bartender were super friendly and changed up the playlist when we got tired of all the country music and needed some hiphop and pop. Would 1000% recommend to ANY bachelorette party.

Abusive! As if having car trouble and being stranded in a loading zone for over two hours while begging road service for help was not enough! A bike from this fine establishment decided it was acceptable to pull up tight behind and spend a significant amount of time with the driver and all the occupants shouting obscenities, beeping the horn, banging on the car window, and flipping me off. Passing the word far and wide!

They collect hundreds of dollars before your trip and then they are NOT accessible at all. Theres no way you can speak to an actual person-- you call their number and no one picks up-- just an automated recording. You email them and no one writes back. You text them furiously and they are not helpful... and then you end up losing the hundreds of dollars you spent with no ride to show for it.

I had such an awesome time on these bike tours. Fun for any group & the drivers and bartenders make this experience such a wonderful time. Took us around downtown & took pictures for us to keep. Got to even stop at a couple bars to enjoy a drink. Cant wait to visit and do this again.

Great when you have a fun group of friends to go with! You have to bring your own alcohol and it is more pedaling than you would think, so prepare yourself. Its a good way to see a bit of Nashville.
