My husband and I recently had our wedding at Heritage Hall at Legacy Farms. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the Manor House and the bridal party and immediate family stayed at the Manor House the day before and the day of the wedding. I do not have enough good things to say about our experience with Main Event Productions. We planned our wedding from out-of-state and having an all-inclusive venue was really important to us. The planning process was stress free. We traveled down to Nashville 3 times to get everything picked out and planned. It was as easy as looking through look-books and pinterest and telling them "I want that". They took care of the rest. They were also very receptive and willing to include any handmade touches that we wanted to create and bring ourselves. The weekend of our wedding, we checked into the manor to spend the night and have our rehearsal dinner. Our rehearsal dinner was a southern catfish fry. Everyone raved about how good the fish and the hushpuppies were. The staff was helpful throughout the entire evening, and we did not have to lift a finger. They set up equipment for us to play a game after dinner. They also took care of an additional number of guests, when we had family show up that we were not expecting. The actual wedding was absolutely perfect. People kept commenting how calm I seemed on the wedding day. But, I literally had nothing to worry about. I knew that the team had everything under control and I had nothing to do but relax and get ready. When there was a problem with getting our dessert (another vendor had forgotten a portion of it)- they took care of it. I didnt find out there was a problem until several days after the wedding. Friends and family keep telling us how beautiful the wedding was. My only criticism is that sometimes it was hard to get a direct answer while planning through email as there were several different points of contact and they often had to check with a different member of the staff.

The Legacy Farm Team is without a doubt the BEST wedding team ever! Amy and her team of people were awesome in taking my daughters vision and putting that into action. From décor, to flowers, to food, to cake, etc. it was just as she and her fiance wanted it. To start, the event space was just perfect and several people mentioned to me how lovely your venue is for weddings. The Chapel was “spot on” with the draping and the lanterns/flowers in the aisle. Downstairs the reception area had just the right amount of color pop with the burlap and candles topping of the look. During the afternoon, everyone was so helpful getting things for us and also keeping us on track and informed of what we needed to do and where we needed to be…even you having to go get the veil since my daughter forgot to put it on! Yikes! The food at the reception was outstanding and everyone was raving about the chicken, green beans, and mac & cheese bar. All were definitely a hit! Also, we ate on the strawberry cake for the rest of the week and was sad when the last piece was consumed. It was so moist and flavorful and the icing was to die for! Even when the electricity went out due to the sever thunderstorm, we at least had the battery powered lights to keep the party going. AND – I think God was watching out for us since the DJ brought his generator so the music could go on. Outside of it being a little bit “warm & cozy” I don’t think the kids even noticed we didn’t have any electricity for part of the evening. I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Farms to anyone who is considering a venue space for an event. It is well worth the drive!

My wife and I are Wallflower Wedding Photography and we are professional wedding photographers who have photographed over 50 weddings in the past year and a half and have visited multiple venues in the Nashville area. We were thoroughly impressed with our first wedding at Legacy Farms and we would highly recommend it to any bride. Specifically what impressed us was the following: 1) The staff are super friendly and professional and are a pleasure to work with. Being in this business you learn to appreciate working with fellow professionals and we were impressed by their efforts in taking care of the bride and groom on their special day. 2) The grounds and facilities are out of this world. Often as the photographer it is a challenge at times to get a great background. At Legacy Farms the only problem we had was choosing a great background from a variety of really great backgrounds. As far as facilities, the areas where the bride/groom get ready are phenomenal and the wedding and reception area are wonderful. 3) The food and experience is great. We were very impressed with the high quality of the food and the presentation. The staff made every effort to be super friendly and to serve great food and they accomplished their goal of delivering a first class wedding. Great job, thanks for a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next event at Legacy Farms.

My husband and I were married at Legacy Farms in March of this year, and we can attest that this venue is well worth it! We had originally planned to be married on my parents property, but after mornths of struggling to wrangle all the details of planning a ceremony and reception ourselves, we decided to move to a venue. Legacy Farms was such a great decision! Their team worked with us from start to finish, assuring every detail was taken care of to our specifications. Because of their guidance and expertise, we were able to plan each detail without feeling overwhelmed with everything all at once. I was initially concerned that using a venue would prevent me from putting my own personality and touches into the whole experience. However, they did an amazing job of taking my ideas and DIY decoractions and making them all come together into a beautiful and flawless event! I have nothing but appreciation for everyone on their team from their florist, Caprice, who took our vision and turned it into a reality; our planner, Amy, who was very attentive and has incredible patience; and Robert, our DJ, who kept the dance floor going all night with the perfect mix of songs to keep everyone happy.

What a wonderful experience we had at Legacy! I dont have the words to express how grateful we are that we were able to entrust our day with this amazing team. We had our rehearsal dinner at Heritage Hall, our family stayed on site in the Manor House for the entire weekend and we had our (175+ person) wedding and reception in the Main Event Center. Amy Richardson and her team took care of everything! This included the food, alcohol, event coordinator, decor, flowers and more. I was able to express my vision to the team and they executed perfectly. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but by having the perfect team supporting you, it can be the celebration you have always dreamed of. My husband (yay!) and I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy to any of our closest friends and family. Amy ended up not just being our wedding planner, but has truly become a part of our family and bridal party. We couldnt have had our perfect day without her! Legacy, we are so grateful for each of you. Thank you for planning the perfect day and absolutely bringing the love that we share with each other and our community to light. You are wonderful!
